I placed an order on May 23 that was supposed to be delivered June 7th. I am now on the third delay and have been told that they expect to receive the blank product on August 4th. They won't issue a refund because the order has gone to "processing", even though they don't even have the product yet. I am a very unhappy customer and I encourage you to NOT use this company.

I had a terrible experience buyer beware. logo was so small you needed a telescope to read it and our company slogan was completely unreadable. The design team at this company should be fired. Yes they send you a proof to approve but let me tell you it is not to size and ungodly miss representing. our slogan in the proof was crystal clear but did not print readable on final product. customer service was responsive but didnt care at all that their product was garbage. I guess my expectations were to high. I am embarrassed to hand these out and they will be going right in the trash. I will never use this company again and you bet I will be telling everyone I know. I learned the hard way !!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The BEST prices. The BEST support staff. The EASIEST to use. I could go on for hours, but trust me, THIS is the place you want to purchase customized keychains. Would gladly - GLADLY - recommend these guys to anyone and everyone researching customized items.

I have used this company now for over 3 years and Timothy Lee has always made sure to take care of me in a very professional manner.

I have worked with Tim Lee on two orders of tradeshow items. The first was a rush order, and he kept in contact to let us know the progress of the order. We even had a backup plan in place in case we needed to deliver to a different location.

the second order was not a rush, but the key chains arrived in plenty of time and again Tim was great to work with and very prompt and helpful. The key chains and service both are great.

Timothy Lee was super helpful in getting my order created and sent out on time. He even helped me with drop shipping. All went well and our customers are happy with the product.

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with budgetkeychains.com. We needed keychains within a week and they had several options for "24 Rush Keychains." But as it turns out, they still need numerous production days. The keychains they have advertised for this are multi-colored, detailed logos but as it turns out, they can only do it quickly with one color, one side, and a simple design. I wasn't told this up front but instead got emails daily with new requirements or problems with what we wanted and we finally had to cancel. So no keychains at our homecoming event tomorrow. Don't be fooled by the fancy "24 Rush Keychain" designs.

Don't bother them with small orders of just $100. I ordered a small order, their minimum, 100 key-chains. I really only need about 30. They offered the ones I wanted, Dragon shaped bottle openers, in quantities up to and beyond 5000, in 6 colors. They called after I approved the proof, just simple 1 color writing, orange, celebrating my son's 1st birthday, and told me the color of dragon I chose, green, was not in stock, and offered other colors, including blue. I chose blue. Then, because they could not take verbal approval over the phone, only their online approval which they didn't send for another day and a half, they also sold out of blue before I could get it. Then they decided to change both the color of the key chain, and my words to black and blue in the next proof. So from green with orange, to black with blue. When they were told that was incorrect, they sent silver with silver writing at about half the size as I originally approved. They had required a picture as the way to give them what I wanted, and I had sent a PDF of the words, sized to fit the 5/32" frame. Now it had gone from Orange, to blue, to silver. Why? By this time, my son's mother, because we share the effort on things, had called and talked with 3 people, and we'd been sent 4 emails AFTER I had approved the original proof. We made the order 3 weeks before his birthday, so that we could have these as favors for the adults who are going to be there. We were told that they would not have enough time to wait for green to be back in stock, for their own minimum sized order. We still don't know if they are even going to get our 3rd option done in time. Oh, and they outsource their customer service. When I called on a Friday night, the operator could not look up my order and could not even tell me when a better time to call would be.

We used keychain thermometers with different colored carabiners as wedding favors. The bride & groom are atmospheric scientists. The thermometers were well received. The company was very easy to work with being very patient with my requests. I'd use them again.

The key chains were a perfect gift for our family reunion. They were made exactly as I expected they came in a reasonable amount of time very affordable and everyone enjoyed them. I highly recommend the for any occasion.

I asked Budget Keychains to do a keychain design for my wedding as our favor. My fiance and I have a pot bellied pig. As well as I am a designer by trade. I found a pig with a tape measure and was in love. I thought it was very fitting. They also used the same script as my save the dates: custom and quick return. I recommend the site for sure!
