I came home from hospital and found the bay window as I hoped it would be. The flat was nearly done and looked attractive. Both requirements met. So I’d like to thank the company and their workers for a job well done. Haway lads. Good job 👍
Now the proof. Bring on the next big storm and, fingers crossed, no leaks.

I had a very disappointing experience with Budget Windows. From the start, the sales process felt extremely pressured and unprofessional. The representative kept leaving the house to “call the manager” to try and get a better deal, which felt like a sales tactic rather than genuine negotiation.

There was constant pressure to sign the deal that same night, with repeated suggestions that the offer wouldn’t be available later. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt rushed and pushed into making a decision without proper time to think it through.

Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and stressful. I would advise others to be cautious and not feel pressured into signing anything on the spot I did not proceed even after later correspondence apologising and agreeing to a manager attending my home. A call on the day advised the same sales representative would be attending so I declined. They just did not listen and disseminate information between departments correctly.

The two lads turned up at 0810 and worked non-stop for 4 hours - no drinks! They were thorough, clean and highly professional in fetching, carrying and cleaning up, including polishing the glass and the plastic framing. I could not praise them high enough - the whole job was excellent.
A very satisfied old man!!

Absolutely fantastic value ,customer support,pre and post fitting ,fitted 6 windows and a door on 3 hours . Really pleased

I was looking round for someone to give me a quote for 3 new windows Budget windows where the only ones to answer a phone give me an appointment and actually turn up. The whole process was very quick and easy from man who gave me the price to surveyor and office giving me a fitting date I like to give local company’s a chance over big boys and these proved me right in my choice my custom was as much appreciated as anyone else . Really friendly and easy to deal with A++++

Very happy with the quality of window and designe we chose, the sales rep we dealt with (Bez) was charming to deal with not pushy, i would recommend Budget windows if you want to replace or simply change your style of window etc, all round good experience.

Rob arrived on time & got to work straight away after protecting our carpets & sofa with dust sheets! He never stopped all day and finally finished at 5pm, he even refused refreshment which we offered him.He was pleasent and kept us informed of his progress all the way even when he was visibly tired. Great service all round. More than pleased & would recommend to anyone

From start to finish , the whole process of replacing my patio door was faultless .
.. Great communication from Kim , then came Graham to complete the survey .. and to offer me guidance upon my choices .
Michael and Richard arrived not too early on 'installation day' ( perfect for me ! )
.. and completed the job without problems and within a few hours .
Lovely guys , who left the place practically perfect .
Kim followed up with a call , just to ask how the work had gone , and quite honestly ..
... I am delighted .

Very pleased with the quality of the doors.
Darren did a good job fitting them, no mess, all rubbish removed, nice change for a tradesman not to spend half the time on a mobile, just got on with the job.
Kim answered the phone when i called, which is also a nice change from a chatbot, can't beat talking to a human.

My experience with John Robertson and his team was brilliant. I only required a window replaced which was over 9ft and misted. I was shown a catalogue of different styles of windows and given a very reasonable price for the style I preferred. John was so helpful and everything he said about time it would take to order and install was amazing. John came to make sure I was happy I could not thank all his team enough for their workmanship, cleanliness and friendliness I would recommend this company to anyone worrying about getting their old windows replaced I am so happy I found Budget windows and wish them all the best for the future . Delighted with our new windows. Fitting the whole house only took 2 days. Every room was left clean and tidy, a huge thank you to the scaffolders, window fitters and the lovely office staff who kept us well informed about the process . The windows are high quality and we can really feel the difference with how warm the house is now.

Wow what a fantastic service we got from the fitting or our new windows and doors .the fitters john and Johnny were marvellous. They worked so hard though rain and snow !!! Fantastic job well done lads

Super pushy salesman calling to try give me a quote. I don't want a quote from you thank you or else I would have rang you.

Worst thing is my number has been passed to them from another company they own who were also aggressively pushy when quoting. (you buy today or you pay 30% more when I walk out the door)

I would not use this company or any other company windows plus roofs own because of this. I want a quote valid for 30 days with my 30% discount you offer on the night and when *I ring you* not the other way around.

We had a smooth, easy and positive experience with Budget Windows from start to finish. We were communicated with every step of the way and Kim our coordinator was happy to answer any query we had. Our installers Johnathon and Michael were friendly, clean and tidy and did the best job. We are so so happy with our new windows, thank you 😊

Absolutley brilliant from Adam coming out to measure up to getting fitting done everyone has been pofessional ,Kim has kept me up to date with everything from start to finish.
Door looks amazing.
Fitters professional and done fab job ..highly recommend

The salesman was polite and informed and there was no hard sell too
