Belts are not shown in a way to find out what thickness they are. They are scalled so a thicker belt looks the same as a thin one. so orders are very unsatisfying. I am hoping you will change that with a clear usage image that shows the qualities of that specificity.

I was looking for a way to purchase a Shureido NW3 karategi with clear delivery timelines. I made the best choice because the delivery was quick and traceable (from France to Italy). I also really appreciate the possibility to choose different sizes between pants and jacket.

Une expérience décevante. Après plus de 6 mois d'attente, avec de nombreux rappels sans réponse, ils m'informent que l'article (une paire de SAI) est prêt à être expédié. Dommage qu'ils se soient trompés de mesures, 57 cm au lieu de 50 cm. Mauvaise communication, pas de sérieux, juste scandaleux.
A disappointing experience. After more than 6 months of waiting, with numerous unanswered reminders, they inform me that the item (a pair of SAI) is ready for shipment. Too bad they got the measurements wrong, 57 cm instead of 50 cm. Bad communication, no seriousness, just outrageous.

I ordered a booster mma-fightshort. I received an email with the information that this article was not in stock and offered an other product or to rembourse the amount of money paid. Thank you for your fast response and help!

Un club convivial

I have been trying to order from them but the whole experience would leave me very hesitant to hand money to them:

* They force registration when trying to make a purchase. There is an offer for Google signin, but it causes a 500 error.

* After registering, they send a confirmation email with my password in plain text! That's a major security concern for multiple reasons. I would've stopped at this point if it wasn't for the fact that the product I was ordering is virtually impossible to get elsewhere.

* After configuring an address it only allowed to select delivery to a boutique in France, despite them saying delivery throughout Europe.

* I contacted them through multiple channels: emails, web form, chat. There was no response to anything. I even translated my messages to French for their convenience, to no avail.

* After waiting on the phone the person only spoke French

To clarify: this review is left without purchase because I have been unable to purchase from them, despite my best efforts, and after contacting through multiple avenues.

Stephan, if you wish to respond, you should have my details in your system as I have contacted through multiple channels and am registered on your site. Obviously I would be happy to consider adjusting this review if the issue can be resolved. I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, especially 1 star ones.

Update 2020-10-15: As the seller wants to keep fighting rather than resolve I will make one further update: the site states it ships worldwide, and Finland was offered as a checkout option. I tried many times to check out, and when it didn't work, I contacted them (politely!) through several channels, with no response for days. Compare this to some other excellent webshops that respond almost immediately.

I was not on the phone with them yesterday, so if they are referring to someone yesterday (as of comment time), that was someone else or they are lying. Some days ago I did try to reach and started by asking if they spoke English. The person on the phone responded in French (I believe saying "only French"), after I which I tried to ask if there would be anyone who could speak English, and she responded with more French. I understand that not everyone speaks English so I gave up on that avenue, but while I was frustrated by the communication I didn't vent any anger at her. I was not aggressive at all, I barely spoke two sentences and ended saying "OK, goodbye" (what else could I say?).

Perhaps it is different if you live in France and speak to them in French, but tread carefully if elsewhere. I believe the comments here from the seller speak for themselves. And that does not excuse the clearly poor security which leads to user-provided passwords being stored and sent in clear text.
