looking for a good bbq but ended up finding an amazing boss bbq worth every penny cooked a lovely bit of lamb on it which turned out to be the best bit of lamb i ever had and buff bbq was very helpful and every thing went very smoothly

If you are looking to buy a BBQ without a doubt buffbbq.com is the place to go.At first I thought the bbq range were expensive but reading the reviews and looking on you tube I decided to buy the Davy Crockett portable.The packing was more than enough to protect it even if it was dropped. As said it is heavy but manageable.
I could not fault the quality at all, it was very well made and worth every penny of the money I Spent.The BBQ cooks fantastic.The service from Buff BBQ was second to none.
Would I buy again? Most defiantly.

Purchased a wood pellet smoker, was initially unsure and had quite a few questions to confirm. Steve from the customer services team was excellent. Actually talked me out of a higher value purchase due to the requirements I gave and I’m very happy with the one that bought.

Whilst being in the market for a pellet grill I found Buff BBQ. Using the extensive info on their website I made my choice of the Pitboss Classic and I’m over the moon with it. The grill arrived in record time and the accessories the day after. I also had great communication from the guys and lots of advice on hand should I need it! I’ll be coming back for more stuff soon.

Hi just to say my dealings with buff bbq have been amazing I purchased a pitboss Austin xl the service up to buying it was amazing was not rushed into anything all my questions and trust me there where more then one where answered in full the delivery and after sales are amazing I bbq every wkend in snow rain any weather so I may be a bbq nut but I have an amazing company that I can turn to for any questions kit bbq fuel whatever I highly recommend buff bbq ty and will be calling u again ref a recipe fuel injection rub u want to bbq then buff bbq are your one stop

My first smoker after I see a traeger in action I knew I wanted a smoker after many of hours studying the smoker range what kept drawing me to the Pitboss Austin XL is the The versatility of the thing and size and I must say it did not disappoint.
Well Built, Looks Great, Heavy construction definitely a two man assemble and lift Bbq.
Simply just buy one ☝️ and from Buff Bbq this has been a very pleasant process thus far with every aspect of the transaction the one thing I must say is the communication is spot on, had a few items alongside my smoker and they even knocked a few quid off which is a bonus, look after the penny’s and the pounds look after themselves 🙂.

Buff BBQ what a pleasure to buy a pellet grill from these guys, initially I had a chat with Steve who enthusiastically told me the pros and cons of the purchase I was about to make I opted for the Pit Boss Austin XL and wow I wasn’t disappointed when it turned up, its a solid heavy good bit of kit with loads of cooking space and cooks meat so tender it’s unreal I’ve had smokers in the past but nothing like this.

The after service is like the old fashioned service which was common in this country years ago offering advice on all aspects of bbq keep up the good work guys I would highly recommend. Bill.

Recently brought a Pitt boss pellet grill through buff bbq. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and helped ensure the whole process from choosing, ordering and having items delivered completely easy and stress free. They have also kept in contact and continue to offer advise to ensure I get the best from my grill. The grill I self is the navigator 1150 and its an awesome bit of kit. Highly recommend buff bbq and the pit boss equipment.

I bought a Pit Boss Austin XL just before Christmas, support in choosing the best grill for me from Beth was excellent and follow up from David in advising rubs and recipes has been equally good. Highly recommended

My experience with Buff BBQ has been a positive one. I have sent emails and they have been answered in a timely manner. They have also supplied me with recipes to try out on my smoker combo navigator (awesome bit of kit) All in all a positive experience.

Great company to deal with. I used the live chat to discuss the type of pellet grill I was looking to order and product knowledge was excellent.

Discussed my bbq needs and established I didn’t need one as big as was looking at and recommended the model down which saved me £200.
