We recently purchased the Bugaboo Fox 5 albeit preferred the brown look leather handles. As mentioned in another comment this is not clear on their website - I purchased the Bugaboo Fox handlebar grips & carry handle grip in Brown Mineral, ensuring as per their website these are compatible with the Fox 5. When they arrived they did not have the embossed logo as advertised on their website. I contacted their instagram who informed me that we had been sent the wrong ones & to get in contact with their customer service team, which I did - They informed me that their website is incorrect, mis-selling this item online & is something they are looking into adjusting on their website. He advised I needed to order the Donkey 5 Carry Grip which to make things more confusing, does not state on their website that this is compatible with the Fox 5. I went back to double check this was correct & if I needed to send back the handlebar grips, as well as requesting a refund on the delivery fee as I was having to re-purchase due to an error on their behalf & being falsely advertised online. The customer team responded to confirm the Donkey was the correct items for the Fox 5 as they are slightly different fabrics to the one I purchased & they do not offer any discounts or refund delivery fee's. I find this incredibly disappointing, a refund on delivery personally felt like the least they could do after incorrectly advertising on their website, which I may note has still not been corrected, considering the brands 'high standards' they propose online they seem to fall short on their customer service's which is concerning for any future issues.

Terrible customer service, needed a new part for my pram and was told which one to get, it came and was not compatible, I was then told the one that is compatible has been discontinued. Very disappointed, now I have to return and not an easy return system either!
We recently bought the Bugaboo Giraffe despite suffering the same issues caused by the seriously flawed design of the front wheels on our Bugaboo Dragonfly that many other users have commented on. I received an email requesting me to leave a review of the Giraffe, with the promise that we would receive a 10% discount code for our next purchase within 2 days. It has now been almost a week and we have still not received the discount code, which we would like to use to purchase some accessorises for the Giraffe. Every time I speak to someone at Bugaboo they insist it is for someone else to resolve. Meanwhile they were more than happy to post our positive review of the Giraffe on their website. It is just a really poor, disingenuous and insulting way to treat a customer. EDIT - they sent me a discount code that doesn’t work 🤦

We purchased the bugaboo dragonfly and about a year in started having issues with the seat falling back when going over a bump, this caused distress to our baby.
We sent all the videos and photos required. Bugaboos solution was to send 'seat hardware'. I was expected to take the old seat apart and put the new one together myself using a 31 step manual. I could not get past step 3 and did not want to get stuck further and be left without a pram. Furthermore, it does not feel safe that an unqualified/ untrained person is fitting a chair from scratch. This was fed back to Bugaboo and they have insisted that this is appropriate and they will not be offering anything further.
Thankfully I purchased the buggy from John Lewis and they agreed this was not acceptable and replaced the buggy themselves. I am so grateful for John Lewis and if you do purchase a Bugaboo, I would buy it through them.
I would not purchase a bugaboo again though as their guarantee is worthless. Also, the dragonfly wheels get clogged and you spend walks just pushing sticks through the wheels to free them from mud and debris so you can push it.

Absolutely dreadful I have had my bugaboo butterfly for a year and last month I complained about it being hard to push and the front wheels getting jammed . Then when I have my little boy asleep in the pram pushing him along a busy main road tbe back wheel comes of and flew across the road leaving me to get my child out the pushchair and dragging the pram out the road . I have been told they will replace the wheel !!! I should have a replacement or a full refund . And to be honest now I would expect a full refund and I will buy elsewhere as I’m worried now it will just happen again.
It’s not a cheap pram and I know have nothing to use !!!!! I will not STOP until I have a refund . I was asked to sent videos of the fault it’s totally unreasonable and unrealistic to ask this when my reading all the other reviews I am not the only person this has happened to !!! This could have been a really serious indicent and tbe health and safety will be informed .

The Bugaboo Dragonfly is not fit for purpose - described as an urban pram, you cannot walk for 5 minutes in London without the wheels getting clogged to a point where you can’t push the pram. I reached out to Bugaboo who sent a video on how to remove and clean the wheels, and suggested that I need to do this after every walk! One I have a newborn, I don’t exactly have time in the day to be dismantling and cleaning my pram after a simple 10 min walk to the shops and two I couldn’t even complete a full walk as the wheels get clogged within about 2 minutes before I’m looking around for something to dislodge the dirt with!
I am extremely disappointed considering the reputation, price point, and the support afterwards to resolve this and would not reccomend. You are better spending less money on a true city pram rather than paying out for this overpriced pram that cannot be used in the autumn and winter.

Ordered Bugaboo footmuff for $162.62. Was never given tracking information for shipment. Contacted them when it was to be sent. They send me a tracking info that showed was "delivered" to Fedex. Fedex delivered to wrong address. Fedex refuses all claims from recipients, they only deal with merchant claims or waiver. Bugaboo refuses to refund me or resend item, and says I can only file a claim for Fedex. This is the worst customer service, and absolutely ridiculous. I am out over $100 for a mis-delivery and there is basically no recourse. Recommend ordering on Amazon or Ebay instead, as you will get your refund there.

Dragonfly: wheels not working!
I read the previous review about the wheels not working properly and I couldn’t agree more!!! I also live in London and spend my time walking on pavements (note not off road) and the wheels get clogged stopping you from turning the buggy, and making it a lot harder to push. You need to stop on average three or four times to poke a stick in there to scrape the mud and other street debris out of them - with a newborn baby this is not what you want to spend your time doing. I’m very disappointed with the buggy considering the high price point and I wish more people had pointed this out. I would not recommend it.

Based on my experience with the product (butterfly and chameleon) I would say they are priced as premium whilst product is significantly inferior. Wheel came of butterfly within 7 months - resulting in a dangeous situation that could have flipped the pram!
Customer service refused to look into case as I had lost the receipt. This is within their legal right but nonsensical as I provided serial number and showed make date was less than 2 years from break down.
That being said, expect an email reply cadence every 2-3 days with additional shipping time, when their shit prams break down.
For what it’s worth would recommend yo-yo or a cheaper brand as cheaper to outright replace the pram 4 times with a cheaper brand than dealing with bugaboo customer service.
Was frankly quite disappointed that a product marketed as premium and selling at 3-4x the price of low cost was that poor quality!
Would not recommend it to my worst enemy’s baby
Bought replacement handlebar rail stops for my bugaboo bee 5. Item works perfectly and easy to replace. Don't get mixed up with the rail stop for other models - it won't work. Do hope Bugaboo could make this clearer on the website.

Bugaboo dragonfly is a lovely pram, the fold is great and it steers beautifully however the front wheels are an overwhelming design flaw and I spend the whole time every 5 mins using small sticks to push mud and leaves out even walking on town pavements. It’s only really suitable for shopping centres.

My bugaboo dragonfly was faulty and unsafe to keep a baby in. The wheels were unusable outside as they would get blocked so easily.
I started my claim 5th November and I am still without a working pram for my baby, I have had to purchase a carrier as his one no longer took his weight and I can’t carry him for more than 20 mins before I have to stop.
Our life has been completely disrupted especially in the bad weather so many plans have been cancelled. I have been in contact with a mamas and papas customer service representative who is great but they reply typically 1-2 times a week meaning this has dragged out far longer than it should have, and I understand they have to go through bugaboo to me.
When I called bugaboo today they had told me mamas and papas had already contacted them and would reply hopefully by the end of the day as I have been told I can swap my pram.
I have had to accept this because at the moment I am desperate. I was offered the fox cub which I know nothing about and when I said I’ll view it in store first they said it’s not yet in mamas and papas. I requested the fox 5 as many friends have it and it was what I originally wanted but was convinced by the sales person to get the dragonfly (I guess because it was new)
Long story short - I have been without a pram for a month. I have been offered a pram that I’m not 100% on but I’m desperate.
Added - I am not at all happy with the bugaboo fox cub I have contacted customer service regarding this and I expect I’ll be waiting up to another month before if I’m lucky to get a pram I’m happy with.
