As outlined clearly on our website, we do not charge or collect import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the importer.

When placing an international order, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any applicable import regulations, duties, or taxes in their country.

As a gesture of goodwill, our founder personally approved and refunded USD 18 to your account, despite there being no obligation to do so. We were happy to make this exception in the hope of resolving the matter amicably.

However, we are disappointed to see the continued volume of emails and the tone of your communications regarding an issue that is outside of our control and was clearly disclosed before purchase. While we genuinely appreciate your support and every customer who chooses our brand, we also expect our team to be treated with respect and not subjected to repeated abusive or excessive correspondence.

My order arrived today, very impressed with the packaging. Unfortunately I will need to return the shoes and the hat, The shoes are too small and the hat does not suit me. I am really disappointed as the quality is so good. Please can you advise how I can return these items to you for a refund?

As clearly stated on our website, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds—we are not a mass manufacturer with multiple wearhouses around the world, and our country has very strict import regulations for returned goods.

To support our customers, we instead offer exchanges. In line with this policy, we have already issued you store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
This policy is clearly stated on our website and is available for every customer to review before completing their purchase. By proceeding with the order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Regarding sizing, we understand how disappointing it can be when a pair doesn't fit as expected. At the time of your purchase, our exchange policy required customers to cover the shipping costs for both returning the original pair and sending the replacement pair.
