Such a con was offered 45% discount as a first time customer, but the code didn’t work on their website. Nor did it show the discount and the order went in at full price. I cancelled the order via email within 10 minutes but they still shipped the items and took my money.
Terrible customer service I would never recommend them or buy from them again.
I’m sick of sending emails with not positive solution. The company should look at its website and put in a process to check orders for customer cancellations before sending out any items.
Their return policy states sender pays postage but the parcel is big and heavy and will cost £20 or more to return to get my £51 refund.
There are much better companies out there to spend your hard earned money with!

Where to begin...

1) Lack of communication. They dont answer emails or return phonecalls.
2) They short shipped my order. Still waiting for my dextrose which I ordered in December. They are not replying my emails or phonecalls.

I guess I lost the money.

An error occured on my order. No reply to my e-mail to get explanations. Worst customer service i've seen in a long time. BEWARE and spread the words. BuBye Bul....Nutrition.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. Emailed them about a week in and was told it was ready to be sent out. Another week passed and still nothing. My account status shows that it's still processing with no tracking # available. I emailed them again but yet to get a response. I called and left a voice message (must be a very small company) and never got a return call. At this point, I just hope I get my money back if the product won't come. I will NEVER EVER do business with this crap of a company ever again.
