Shockingly bad
Unfortunately Tops Tiles use Pallex who sub contract to this company for delivery. Husband stuck waiting in all day and delivery never came! Now he will be stuck in all day on Monday as they don’t deliver at weekends.

Laziest delivery driver I have come across. Large pallet left at the side of the road. Couldn't even leave it a couple of feet more into my drive. If my husband hadn't left for work already, the pallet would still be sitting there. The driver ever had to back up to our driveway to turn so it would have not cost him time to put it there in the first place. He seemed amused when I asked how we would move it.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, had two deliveries from this company in the same week by the same driver he was arrogant and rude, the first delivery was a pallet of tiles that we had to lift off the lorry ourselves because the tail lift was broken. The second delivery was a table that was literally left in the middle of a busy road causing a tail back of traffic, because this is apparently kerb side delivery.
