Been before and purchased my pups first harness man then was attentive lots of Information knew what I needed. This time had to wait outside until someone came he then couldn't open the door? Once inside he really didn't know much about the products or what was in stock? I felt I was telling him more? Luckily I did know ehwt I wanted and the fit I needed but a first timer might have felt different. The products are really good quality and tough.

I love BullyBillows dog products and the staff are so friendly. Since I got my boy, BemBem, I’ve sent them vids of him wearing BullyBillows harnesses, strong collars & leads, ALL with his name woven on, thanks to them & for very little charge. Because bullybillows is near me i can just call in to the shop and pick up what I need. They guys are friendly and very helpful. The quality of the stuff is very good. I definitely wouldn't but any other brand for my dogs now I've tried bullybillows. And they have the sizes to fit my tibetan mastiffs

Highly recommend Bullybillows for design, quality and performance. Bought combat rope lead - length just right and innovative clip mechanism. Today received deshedding comb - brilliant I’m knee deep in fur and the dog, who normally rebels against brushing, loves it. Thanks.

We were already fans of Bully Billows, with the Hurricane harnesses and Ladder leads.😍
Now we got a muzzle for our male English staffy. We were a bit unsure about the muzzle length. Customer service was very understanding and helped us really great 🤩 So now we have perfect size muzzle forbour boy 🥰
