I was sold the wrong charger as advised by your salesman

Superb as the engineer who installed is was a wizard and fitted it very quickly and effectively and left no mess whatsoever …. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet as the new electric car hasn’t arrived yet !!! 10/10 for service 👍🏻

Looks so cheap and the charging cable is wrapped round the wee charging unit like an old hoover. I paid £812 and that’s with the £500 off for buying the car from Arnold Clark. I couldn’t recommend this to anybody. It works fine but the app is a bit clunky. Just so disappointed with the quality.

Lack of communication and answering emails.
Engineer did a good job but said he needed to come back to complete 2 tasks. Never came back. No answer to my emails asking when he would be back.

Great, quick service, all went to plan

Initial contact was fine after that I had to continuously chase them up. Always polite with apologies but would not recommend at all. Took about 4 weeks from initial contact. In a word Useless The sub contracted electrician Dominic from Company Comfae was fantastic neat tidy and very professional

The service was shocking. I completed the survey and call and sorted payment before installation, which was odd then a week later was a call to say I needed to pay more as another part was needed. The could have been prevented with a proper inspection of the consumer unit by an expert.
Day of the installation I got a call to say that I needed to pay £100 more for 1 metre of cable and trunking which could be bought for £30 from screwfix,the matter was resolved without me having to pay even more but has left me feeling like I was being shaken down by the company. I gave all the information I could via the online survey and if this was insufficient there was ample time to check before the installation date. I now have my charger and it works but in good conscience would not not recommend using bumblebee, I feel that if I was in a more vulnerable position and desperately needed the charger installed that day I would have felt I had to pay more for someone else’s mistake.

The fitter was excellent very professional job.

It was really easy to arrange our charger to be fitted and the engineer was lovely.

Mr Simon the engineer was great and he explained it all how the charging point will work and helped me to download all the needed information on my phone showed me the area where he worked and cleaned the area. So I'm very happy with the excellent work carried out.

The whole process from start to finish went smoothly, our experience with your company has been a pleasant one. Communication with Anna Koufopoulou was great and and installer Ryan worked professionally was polite , worked tidily and instructed us on the operation of the system.We are very happy with the service.

100% satisfied with Bumblebee. Ciorstan is simply the best in organising work to be done. In my case it was Northern powergrid to get the main cutout fuse upgraded and sorting out the installation of the myenergy zappi glo charger. Ciorstan is a unbelievable asset to your company. She always promptly replied to my messages and made sure I understood what was needed . I wish all companies had employees like her. Would 100% recommend Bumblebee 👌🏻 Connor who is the charger installation contractor did a fantastic job installing the MyEnergy Zappi Glo charger . A very skilled electrician who managed to hide all the wiring in a very non standard internally routed cable run from the hallway to the rear of my property. He set the charger up in my phone app aswell. All in all I 100% recommend both parties. Such a refreshing change to deal with companies that know what they are doing and are easy to contact. No foreigners who you can't understand on the phone.
