Customer satisfaction met every time
I've been using this company for years now, they are my go to for US based craft companies. Never had an issue with my order, always arrives within the week of ordering. There customer service is top notch, they always reply efficiently. They are very knowledgeable about products and the new releases from companies and when they'll be in stock. They always keep me updated with any international shipping issues when they order from the companies in the US.
The store is stocked well and gets restocked regularly letting me know when items i'm waiting for are back in stock. Looking forward to the new website and hoping it will be an enjoyable shopping experience.
Keep doing what you're doing, so many companies dropping the ball at the moment when it comes to customer service and customers feeling valued, not Bumbleberry's though, they deserve the 5* rating.

Ive been on the hunt for the glue press since well before Christmas and one popped up.
I purchased it together with some paper and spares of the glue press that my friend needed.
The arrival was prompt as promised
