The flowers and small gifts arrived on the date selected and in good condition. My mother was delighted with everything and the flowers looked good when they were fully open.

Ordered them for delivery within two days and they obliged and flowers are still lasting after over a week

Flowers arrived well packaged on specified day. The recipient loved the flowers, which lasted slightly short of two weeks! A good buy!

Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery on Sunday (24hrs Royal Mail tracked). Dispatched Saturday, "unable to attempt delivery" Sunday, "Due for Redelivery the Next Working Day" Monday. So even if they are delivered tomorrow, Tuesday - when the recipients will be in work, the flowers are already 3 days in transit and haven't been delivered on the day of the occasion they were intended for.

Edited to say Bunches has agreed to refund the cost and take the issue up with Royal Mail.

Very disappointed, I have bought flowers from you for many years but this is the first time they have not been up to standard. I know the weather has been very hot but flowers were kept in the shade but are still either not opening up or are dying already.

Good variety of products to choose from. Excellent updates on the progress of the delivery. The quality of the hamper always appreciated by the recipient. Lovely company to deal with on the various occasions I have ordered from them.

I regularly order from Bunches and have never been disappointed. As usual this bouquet arrived on time, well packaged and the flowers were in good condition.. I find Bunches flowers have a long life so I’m hoping this bouquet is the same.

I have never ordered flowers on line before,and i looked at lots, i wanted some that delivered in Sheffield for my sister in law who was 80, the flowers i chose looked beautiful,so i ordered them. My sister inlaw loved them, they made her happy.

Having used Bunches several times they have always been easy to place order and have always turned up on time although this time a little disappointed in the length of time they stayed fresh (3/4 days)

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter, which arrived today. The flowers were really well wrapped, and my daughter kept remarking on how fantastic they looked and how fresh they were.

Ordered a bouquet which arrived on time, Inside were fresh flowers very well packed,
However displaying them in a vase I found they were very sparse and nothing like the website photo.
I counted three carnations , three butterfly sticks and the rest were carnation sprays and not many of those ether,
These were for me, but i thin k its unlikely I would order them as a gift , there are not good value for money.

Beautiful flowers. Delivered promptly. Still in perfect condition despite the recent hot weather and still blooming a week later!
