Bought the Pink Roses and Freesias bouquet for my sister’s birthday. They arrived on time I ordered them on the 11th Aug to arrive on 12 Aug and arrived about 24 hours after I ordered them. My sister was very happy with them

This is the only company I now use for flowery delivery. On time, great communication, nice selection and great rewards program.

The flowers were delivered on Wednesday and I saw them on Sunday and they were nearly dead. Apparently they arrived looking dreadful and only got worse. It looked nothing like the bouquet that was advertised. Very expensive for what was delivered. Certainly won't be using this website again.

Excellent Flower Store. My go to for flowers online. A fan of Rainbow Galaxy which I keep ordering for the wife. The variety in the bundle and the colours are amazing. The delivery is smooth and easy. Flowers well packaged and stay blooming for over a week. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. Ordered bereavement flowers and they were delivered later than requested and just sat on my friends doormat to die as she had gone away the day after.
No help, support or reimbursement. Shoddy outfit.

They were delivered in bud and the recipient watched them open into beautiful fresh looking flowers.

Ordering was easy and a prompt delivery followed.

I ordered a bouquet on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday (mid-afternoon). The recipient said that the bouquet was superior in quality to the last bouquet that she received from me that was purchased from another company so I was pleased to hear that.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the courier used, Royal Mail, has let me down in the past with deliveries (not being delivered on stated dates) and their customer service telephone service is not good. Also the delivery window is any time during a 12 hour period and they do not offer a half-day or even better, 1 hour delivery window as other couriers that I’ve received deliveries from do, so the recipient had to wait in for several hours.

My friend had a death in the family and I came across Bunches when I was looking to get them some flowers quickly. The buying process was easy, the price was good and I loved the option of adding a cookie. I opted for next day delivery and although it stated it may be the following day it was indeed delivered on the day I chose which was great. Overall pleased with the service and would definitely use again.

I live in Canada and send flowers to my brother-in-law. I have never had a bad experience with bunches. The flowers arrive on time and in bud. Great job Bunches!

The site was easy to navigate. Lots of choice. Flowers are extremely well packaged. They are fresh and last quite a long time. They are good quality and worth the money paid. The recipient loved them and said how beautiful they were. I ordered from Bunches as I was lucky enough to receive some flowers by post and they lasted a long time. Very pleased with my purchase and to receive them too!
