Cracking

Always a little anxious about how the fit will be but your sizing guide proved useful. All 3 items fit great, as a somewhat vertically challenged XL this can be a problem with some manufacturers. Look forward to other purchases. Thanks.

Bought a voucher on Wowcher and will definitely be a returning customer. Had an issue with one item that was quickly rectified. Replacement was even sent out before they’d received the original back.

Be very careful

Be very careful. I bought Levi jeans which were classed as good condition on the website. Wore them once and they tore across the thigh, absolutely rotten and as thin as paper. Yes, I should have sent them back but I didn't...lessons learnt on several levels?!
Buyer beware from this company.

While this is very frustrating for everyone it gives us the opportunity to highlight the need to make contact with us, so you can make the most of our quality guarantee. We would obviously hope this situation doesn't happen in the first place, but when selling 1000s of items of clothing a month, it is inevitably going to happen eventually. As you've highlighted in your review, the items weren't received damaged, so it wasn't something that we could highlight as an issue ourselves at the point of sale. But is something that is absolutely covered by our quality guarantee.

You should never purchase an item an be in any doubt that it should last you a good while, where a defect has appeared so quickly we are more than happy to refund you in full for the item without returning. We're unable to find your order without a bit more info, but if you'd please get in touch we'd love to sort this out for you 👍
