Great customer service

Delivery stated upto 45 days for the travel system that I purchased - I got a little impatient around 40 days and popped a quick email over to customer services to ask for an update. Aoife replied very promptly and was so helpful! She kept me updated via email through all of the tracking updates including sending me an email when it had been dispatched. Overall great customer service and we absolutely love our travel system that did arrive on time as per our order details! 😊

Long delivery time + delays = an avoidable pram saga!

I initially found bundle baby trying to secure a cheaper pram deal than John Lewis. We purchased the Silvercross Breez travel bundle, saving us over £100 from other shops. Great.
I hadn't realised the company delivery policy was for dispatch to be within 14 working days (equating to almost 3 weeks real time). This meant delivery was to be alarmingly close to our planned trip, for which we needed the car seat for! Not so great... although my own mistake for not reading the policy. As time went on this became mildly stressful as our travel plans were at risk. Thankfully Bundle Baby customer services were responsive by email and they were efficient in their comms. However, when I hadn't received delivery info on day 15, they later confirmed that our delivery was delayed by about a week, which clashed with our trip! Had it not been delayed I believe it would have arrived just in the nick of time...

I then had to cancel the order, thankfully they refunded me immediately. I then rushed to order another similar travel system from John Lewis with express delivery (only to then find JL were out of stock!) Nightmare. In the end I ordered from Silver Cross directly with express delivery, borrowed a car seat off a friend, and had the bundle delivered to the place we were staying on our trip! (Still pending delivery tomorrow 😬🤞) It was all a bit of a saga that could have been avoided, in part down to my own planning and also if Bundle Baby fulfilled the order on time. I'm sure with enough time, it is worthwhile buying from bundle baby to save some quids, however expect there to be delays... Thanks for reading this epic tale. Happy parenting and good luck! 😅

Waste of time. I ordered a cot the last week of…

I ordered a cot the last week of February and it was advertised as pre-orders to be delivered by the end of Feb.

1st of March I emailed just to check if my order had been received as I haven't had an update. Not in any rush but I would like the item delivered soon. I get a response back after 24 hours saying the items are still out of stock and it will now be delivered at the end of March. My child is due at the start of April so I'm not going to risk it and wait till the end of March. Potentially to be told then that it's still delayed again.

It's simple. Don't sell something that isn't in your possession or you are not sure when it will be in stock.

We completely understand how important timing is when preparing for a new arrival, and we’re sorry that the updated delivery timeframe didn’t work for you.

However, we would like to clarify that the pram was clearly advertised as a pre-order item. With any pre-order, especially where shipments and supplier schedules are involved, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays outside of our direct control.
For customers working to a strict timeframe, we always recommend choosing items that are in stock to avoid this possibility.

We would also like to note that when the delay was confirmed, we offered you a free upgrade to alternative, better models that were available sooner so you could receive a pram in time. That option was declined, which we fully respected but we do feel it’s important context for other customers reading this review.

We always aim to be transparent with stock status and delivery estimates, and we genuinely try to offer solutions when circumstances change.

We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

Fantastic customer service and…

Fantastic customer service and communication from Aoife. Our travel system arrived over a month earlier than expected, we were emailed to ensure we were happy with this before they dispatched the parcels. We were emailed on 25th Feb and it was with us as promised on 27th Feb. It was the cheapest deal we found anywhere else online. Very happy with the entire process and end result.

Cannot recommend enough

I never write reviews however, This company have been so helpful throughout this process! Not only did they offer to change the shipping address when we told them we was moving but they also reassured us. the pram was dispatched after the 14 days and only took a day or 2 to arrive which is amazing!
Once we received the pram we notched that 2 parts where missing, as soon as we sent an email they resolved this so quickly! Genuinely so happy with this service and cannot recommend them enough due to the customer service!

Stroller never arrived

Brilliant company

Would definitely order from this company again! I emailed asking for an estimate on delivery time and was given that and had it confirmed the pram we wanted was in stock. As it turned out, my partner was then being sent away with work and I emailed asking if the pram could arrive by a certain date so he could see it and put it together before leaving. Sasha responded and was incredible; she had the pram out to us really quickly/before he went away. We were incredibly grateful for this and can’t recommend this company enough!

I recently ordered a Bugaboo bundle and…

I recently ordered a Bugaboo bundle and I couldn’t be happier! Everything came as described and I’m so pleased with the quality and how easy everything is to use. The pram is so easy to fold and stick in the boot, and the car seat is really easy to install too.

The customer service team are very kind and helpful, I emailed to ask for an update on my order and they got back to me within 30 minutes and were able to give me an update and estimated delivery date.

I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!

Egg3 Bundle

I found Bundle baby online and decided to pop in for a visit, the girls were so helpful in telling me all about the different prams and they have an extensive range in the shop so I could really get a feel for each one. I decided I wanted to go for the egg3 bundle as this really caught my eye. Unfortunately my husband was not able to join me in the shop but with their website I was able to show him all our options at home. Our bundle was also at a very competitive price and made it easy for us especially as this is our first baby and knowing what to get is tough. we ordered our bundle online on the 14th of July and it all came before the start of August which is even before the 14 working days their website says it can take. I'm so excited for my baby to come so we can get to use this gorgeous pram. I would really recommend Bundle Baby to anyone expecting.

Extremely long delays with customer service lacking

I purchased a Cybex travel system and was given an expected delivery date of 14 working days max. Order was still pending dispatch when nearly due to arrive so I tried calling the phone number on website which I now know does not work. I emailed customer care and received a reply to say everything is going smoothly and it is a 14 working day time frame? Said time frame passed and no word from Bundlebaby to say there was a delay. I had to email again when another week had gone by, got a rather curt response from a customer care representative which wasn’t very professional. Another week went by, still no travel system or no contact from the company. I emailed a 3rd time and was told it was shipped and would be with us asap. I expressed my disappointment that there was no updates being sent on my order and no apology for the delay which was at this stage was overdue by 2 weeks. Another week later, 3 weeks late at this stage I yet again sent an email and they got back and said it was shipped according to Cybex. I expressed that I understood delays can happen but the lack of communication regarding same was not good enough. Bottom line my order which I was told would be 14 working days did not come for 6 weeks or 30 working days as they go by. When it was checked by my daughter it was missing an attachment, my daughter then had to contact by email again as no working phone number. Got a response to say basically yes people are missing that attachment and we will send out when they arrive, labels are printed?Basically after a 4 week delay the order seems to have been knowingly sent out with a part missing and no mention until my daughter emailed after checking the delivery. She has replied back about 4/5 days ago and is still awaiting a reply. At present I wouldn’t recommend Bundlebaby from our experience. Yes prices are very competitive but customer service is lacking and considering the company are dealing with people at a vulnerable time I would certainly expect better. Communication is not existent, all customer driven when the onus was on the company to update.

Two weeks and not dispatched

Two weeks and not dispatched. Not impressed. Will email again and then it’s to the credit card company for a refund.
Update: They cancelled the order without any apology for the huge inconvenience they have caused.
Update: A somewhat arrogant response from Bundle Baby. I’m afraid two weeks without the purchase being dispatched coupled with another reviewer waiting months for their purchase to be delivered left me with no choice but to give you the ultimatum of a refund or an update. Your response was to cancel my order. Your customer service has proven itself to be as unreasonable as your delivery times.

Hi Ricky, we expect our customer service team to be treated with respect. Your initial and only correspondence with the customer service team was threatening bad reviews and contact with your credit card company. Within 2 hours you left the review, not even allowing them a chance to get back to you. The item was on a 5-10 day lead time when ordered. The easiest solution to this is to cancel and refund allowing you to purchase elsewhere.

I ordered the Cybex Gazelle double…

I ordered the Cybex Gazelle double bundle for my newly born twins — one of the most important purchases we’ve made as new parents. The company promised delivery in 14 working days. It’s now been almost 2 months, and I am still waiting for the carrycot, waterproof cover, and cup holder.

This isn’t just about shopping. We need these items to safely take our babies, including hospital visits, but they are not here. I’ve sent multiple emails and have been met with silence. Every day I wait feels like another day my babies are missing something essential.

We paid a lot of money in good faith, expecting joy and relief — instead, I’ve been left feeling helpless, stressed, and financially strained. As a new parent of twins, life is already overwhelming, but this company has added a weight I never needed.

Bundle Baby, please refund me or send the missing items immediately. I truly didn’t want to write something negative, but I cannot stay quiet anymore.

From my heart, I must warn other parents: please think twice before trusting this company.

Very disappointed - waited weeks for bundle just to have to cancel in the end

Placed order for a pram bundle on 14th July - was happy to finally find an online store that appeared to have it in stock as all other websites mentioned it was out of stock.

A few days after placing the order I noticed it was still in “awaiting dispatch” so I emailed and was sent a link to their 14 day delivery policy for bundles. This was not made clear at point of purchase and made me nervous as it meant the bundle would be delivered closer to my due date. They offered a refund at this point but I decided to just wait the 14 days as I knew it would take some time for the refund to hit my account anyways.

It has now gone OVER the 14 day delivery policy and I emailed again to chase up, just to now be advised of the policy again (even though it’s gone over) and told they do not expect it to be dispatched for further 2 days…

My payment should not have been taken if you did not have it in stock and did not expect to dispatch it for a few weeks..

Now I’ve had to sort some finances out to order the bundle elsewhere again whilst I was for a refund.

I wish they would just give more realistic updates and be transparent on the website before purchase.

We had an issue with a broken car seat

We had an issue with a broken car seat, which ended going on for two months. Bundle Baby did their best to fix the problem but couldnt and decided to send us a new car seat. Really good customer services, would use them again.

Grateful for Bundle Baby

Myself and my husband have been so impressed with our purchase from Bundle Baby. It was the only bundle we could find that suited our needs in terms of the pram we wanted and the car seat, including the adapter - and at such a good price! Their customer service is outstanding - when I had a question regarding our order, they replied quickly. They also kept us updated when sending us the free rocker that we had been offered with our purchase, as this hadn’t been delivered to them yet but it did not delay our order at all.
We will definitely be looking to purchase more items from Bundle Baby in the future and would highly recommend!

egg bundle 12

I had been reading some of the reviews on here and was cautious to order due to the delivery problems, I emailed before hand to check how long delivery would be and they said around 4 weeks which was fine, I got the egg bundle 12, everything came together apart from the Moses basket which was missed off I emailed and it was sent out the week after which was great nothing was damaged and I saved a lot of money ordering through bundle baby, would highly recommend them and saves a lot of time being able to get everything altogether.
