Absolutely disgusting customer care. They make it absolutely difficult to contact them. Then you find that the customer care section isn't working. They send generic responses and don't actually deal with complaints. Yes it's abundantly clear they don't care. App deleted and won't ever go back.

I went to this burger king at lakeside retail park and when we entered there was food and rubbish aon the floor and tables and when we asked for a table to be cleaned where they wiped it knto the floor with a cloth and swept it into a corner instead of wiping it up, later our order number got called i had to ask a person i went with for the reciept and they thought they passed it to me and i could hear the employees laughing behind the counter whuch i think was about no ine coming to get the order when i got the meal i heard one of them still snickering and said the order number even though they wasnt calling the order,it was really dirty, and the drink machine on the right had a fault where if you held the drjnk button down lightly to fill your drink then stopped pressing the button then the button would get stiff and overfill the cup

My family and I have just visited Burger King on the A1 north Newark and it was excellent. The food and service was fantastic. Friendly staff, served quickly and the food tasted great. Special thanks to the staff as they did go above and beyond.

We went to Burger king Craigavon and I have to say, the staff were amazing. So kind and friendly and a real asset to the restaurant in Craigavon, NI. Made our visit so much nicer! Special mentions go to Jessica, Alicia and Colin who really are fab!

We went to blue boys Burger King to receive an offer. I downloaded app and processed the offer. Went to restaurant and explained this to the manager that we couldn't receive the 1.99 offer. The manger was rude and unhelpful. This was 12.30 today. From now on no Burger King and McDonald's all the way. We were polite but the manager basically told us to clear off.

We had a takeaway from the new Burger King in Kirkstall Leeds. The fries were undercooked, barely warm and tasteless. By the time we got home, approximately four minutes drive, then into the house and preparing to eat, the Whopper was tepid. Had to remove the burger and blast it in the microwave to make it edible. For the astronomical price we paid (£27 for 2 regular Whopper meals and 1 Bacon Double Cheeseburger, burger only) it was not worth the money and the quality was poor.
Had a piping hot takeaway cheeseburger from MacDonalds for £1.39.
Used to really enjoy a BK but no more.

Avoid this place! A1 Washington Services Burger King - awful! Over cooked and clearly the oil they cooked in was old so things were burnt and tasted nothing like usual BK standards - ruined the nuggets and the chicken royale with the overpowering taste of the oil rather than the chicken.. Best thing was the dip! Needs some serious improvement.

The king Junior meal beef on the burger was to small and there was only 6 chips and not enough food add more please have a good day

I bought a latte at BristolAirport on arrival. It was not cheap £4.30 and was lukewarm and so weak as to be barely recognisable as coffee. Had I not been in a hurry I would have returned it.

What's the point in having options to select ( or in this case deselect, NO Cheese No Mayo, because i cant eat it) if you ignore it, so that meal in the bin, will they refund...NO of course not.

The food purchased was not fit for consumption and the retailer refuses to refund.

Poor service. Cold burger and fries. Warm coke. Long wait. How many times do I need to tell you my order number? Cluttered tables. Bins need sorting out, overfilled and scrap all over the floor. Never ever again will I go to a burger king. Wetherspoons are the same price but a million times better. Utterly shit.

Placed order online at burton upon trent burger king. Entire order was a mess, no onion rings, no cheese even though it was paid as extra, lettuce when we ticked NO LETTUCE but worst of all BACON ON A BURGER WHEN WE SAID NO BACON!!!
Tried to contact them, but no one to take call on phone, no email address to write to. On faq,s it said to get a refund go on the uber app, BUT I DONT HAVE OR WANT THE UBER APP!! and anyway i doubt very much its ubers fault considering they dont actually put the burgers together 🙄
Totally unreal!! Our meal was ruined!!! Thats the first & the last time i ever order from burton upon trent burger king!

I went into said Burger King, what I first saw left me SHOCKED. 😳 I SAW A MAN GOONING TO “DIDDY PHONK” WHILE EATING A MANGO. NOT ACCEPTING THIS, I TOLD HIM ID GO AND HAVE AN EDGE BATTLE, HE SAID “AIGHT BET LETS DO IT IN AGARTHS” IM NOW ON MY WAY TO AGARTHA. 10/10 would definitely recommend

It looked like the last time it was cleaned was 1976 and the wait was 1 hour to be served and it took 1 hour to get to the front of the line and even if MacDonalds is further I will still go there

Went today 4'march Trafford centre ask can I order at desk told no machine only then started laughing because of my poor sight and unable to use machine. very disappointing Bolton burger king no problem nice staff there. went another food stand ordered at desk

Keale services, absolute shit, ordered a cheeseburger, it was absolutely tiny. Took it back and asked if it was right and with a straight face they said yes, Burger King robbing customers, avoid keale services, service rubbish , food shit, taking the piss
