Late night, sitting on the cold chairs and table tops, AC going on, background music playing. Once in awhile you can hear far away the employees laughing. Bite my straw and pull up and push down in the lid of the cup, to irritate everyone in there. However, no other person was in the sitting room. My favorite sandwich is the OCS original chicken sandwich x 2. Every time I visit. Aloha from Hawaii Maui Kahului.

If only I was a fan of burgers would eat there everyday! Not bad cafe:)

I guess people here only leave negative reviews and i don’t know why. I assume the majority people that like and go to BK just don’t bother to leave a review for a brand, a chain that everybody knows it and everyone has an opinion.

Charges €0.25 for orders below €999 (?!).

This is the worst BK I've ever seen in my life, the team there is very rude and poor service and it doesn't look clean , I went there to pickup my order they spiked my number and didn't listen once I picked up my phone and told them I will post this video online they started to listen. I won't order from this location anymore.
I'm wondering how this store is operating in US and how dirty it looks.

I like Burger King. My favorite item is weirdly the fries.

VERY disrespectful through drive thru. Cold food, made in microwave because they didn't want to clean up for an allergy. Sloppy packaging. Fries upside down in bag. Would not do two separate orders per car. Went to Culvers instead. No matter who you are or how your day went, you should NEVER disrespect your customers! The idea is to bring customers in, not drive them away!!

Good morning to everyone that work for the Burger King Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok this morning ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful day ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that Manager Samuel that work at the Burger King Store Number 22522 located at 7150 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson, AZ 85710 was very very very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me while he was processing my order for me ok smile. Last of all he was also the same to all his Staff members too ok smile. Finally I say that he has Excellent Communication Skills and yes he really loves his job too ok smile. Now last of all Manage Samuel is always such a very Positive Role Model for all young and old Managers that work as a Manager for the very wonderful Burger King Company Stores and also he's a very very Positive Representative for the Burger King Company ok smile.

I used to be mcdonald's fan and I really never bothered to try BK but when I did .. oh my god :D

I like the taste way better, it tastes like real meat, something that mcdonald's is missing.

This is the store in L'Anse Michigan. This is my first ever negative review or thought about this store. I generally love this store and their employees. Food normally comes out good. Never had a problem with this store until today. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut because I got cold food. Whoppers had about five squares of lettuce, one piece of onion, and half a tomatoes.
Remember my happy mood. I was still in a great mood when she made me wait a few minutes before taking my order.
I asked for two cheeseburger kids meal, ketchup and pickles only. She slowly said, cheeseburger, no mustard. Then repeated, no mustard right. I told her I didn't know what comes on a cheeseburger, so as long as it's just ketchup and pickles it's fine.
She said well that's the way it comes. I said that I didn't know that. It felt like I was supposed to know how a meal I haven't order in 20 years comes.
Next I said "and.".. She said over top of me, "well yeah", I said "excuse me, and fries". As I was trying to say and and apple juice she interrupted me again with "That's how it comes", referring to the fries. I said "excuse me" because that was twice she interrupted me because I was obviously supposed to know how these meals come. So I then repeated the apple juice order. Again while I was trying to order mine and hubby's food she interrupted me again, "thats the way they come", referring to the juice. I finally was able to get my order in.
We go around the corner and wait. The child asked what's taking so long.
We get to the window with smiles on our faces. She walks our food to the window, sets it down, then takes another order. When she finished she opened her window, without a word she reached her hand out, I give her my card. She ran the card. Sat it on the counter, handed us our food too fast to keep up, which is normal, not complaining. Then she gives me my card and mumbles nice day.

The BK on Washtenaw in Ann Arbor, MI is HORRIBLE! My Husband raved about the chicken sandwich that he ordered from the BK location in Ypsilanti, MI (located on Michigan Ave); and opted to introduce me to the taste bud experience. The first experience was in deed amazing! The next two times I desired a chicken sandwich he made the grave mistake of going to the Ann Arbor location. The first time I thought was a fluke; but the second has assured me that it is simply their method of operation! My Husband ordered a FRESH chicken sandwich (2 for $5 to be exact)...he was even able to go inside to assure that the order was made fresh. We live right down the street and to my disappointment my sandwiches were far from satisfactory! Burnt and soggy is the accurate terms! The Washtenaw location has made my list of establishments to never again consider!

On may 6 I came in the drive thru and I order food and there was a girl who took my older and she was really sweet her name was abbie but that's not the problem the problem is when I came to the window her manager was doing my shake and the girl named cassie was behind the manager and poured chocolate all on his face he was upset and he ran after her and the girl had to take orders give me my icecream and my food while getting drinks and taking orders and then to top it off cassie pulled her phone and was right in front of my food not doing her job but just texting that girl needed help and no one helped her at all but she got all the food out and she is doing a great job

Food is good, their app is good for offers however once you place order there is no way to cancel/amend it or talk to them, they only have ticket support and it can take days to get a reply.

They screwed up my order I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and a single cheese burger they have me a singly cheese burger and the other on they gave me a cheese burger with onion rings on it and two medium fries when I ordered one medium fries

Tasty but not the best ones. Moderate prices.

The ambiance was lovely and the food was delicious but their service was not so good.
