My daughter tried to make an on line order to 41 church street but her app said no on line orders available she asked me to collect instead as I was in Croydon she ordered got the code etc I went to the desk gave the lady the code I explained what had happened she said i have to have the app. I asked to speak to the manager he said the same thing. So I just went elsewhere got a better deal across the road. Obviously Burger king are not aware of their competitors;they should be lucky we ordered from them after a mouse was seen in their toilet!!!

I love Burger King, but especially in DK!

Horrendous. My husband ordered via the Just Eat app. Order placed at 4pm, by 5pm the courier was still on site awaiting the order. The time kept being pushed back to over 90 minutes from the order being placed. My husband called the restaurant to chase and they were rude to him, saying they didn’t have the order. I messaged Just Eat to complain, requesting a refund and suddenly the courier had the order. It arrived 10 minutes later stone cold and the chips were soggy. I will never order from Burger King ever again. Best part of £30 for stone cold food and rude service.

Ordered a takeaway delivery. Food arrived late and stoned cold, next day I had diarrhoea, and this is dangerous for me as I have a stoma illestomy bag!!
I will not be buying your products anymore. The burger tasted stale, like it was sitting around for a while.

Been to greenwic burger king near odeon - the asst manager just assumed i was a driver by my looks and decided not to serve me and call the customer behind me - that started altercation

Burger King-Robin Park, Wigan.
Staff refused to take my order in person and insisted we order at the automated screen. Two employees standing behind the counter, arms folded, doing nothing. I pointed out that the touch screen, especially at this time of year, is likely to be teeming with all manner of bacteria and virus and probably hadn't been wiped or cleaned all day. I told her that I would not touch it and then touch my food and told her she should take the order at the counter.
She told me not to blame her, and that it was managements decision.
Management was not available.

Terrible experience at Gloucester. Ordered a double cheeseburger and flat white coffee. The burger was tiny, two bites and it was gone, got half a cup of coffee. Complained to the staff and found them rude and completely disinterested. Will never use burger king again. They are ripping customers off.

I went to Burger King trafford centre on 11/12/34 and I ordered at the till for a whopper meal for myself and the staff were great and very helpful with my order my food was lovely and had quick service and I would visit again 😀👍

The staffs are very rude to the delivery drivers, i am one of the driver, my order was ready for pickup, i asked the staff to give me the package, the idiot staff don't even look at me, i waited for about ten minutes while my order was ready, finally i decided to cancel the order, this is not my first time, i never ever pick up from this branch anymore, asking other drivers about thier experience about the service lots of them complain from this branch(feltham) , i hope my revew reach to the management and act against these useless staffs

Burger king Beverley, Luke warm food bordering on cold, no communication from staff, except talking between themselves. Not worth the money as portions are smaller than they look on the kiosk. Won't be returning.

The burger king at 50th Street and baseline, tempe, az wouldn't let us use the restroom. We had just driven 150 miles from Tucson.
We'll never use this place again.

So there is this burger king at Riia tn 2, 51004 Tartu, Estonia and we were 10 people that ordered and they were 50 minutes to make our food and then they made the order wrong with serving the wrong drink and putting tomatoes in the burger but we ordered without tomatoes and the person that got the burger actually is allergic and when we told them there mistakes they were very disrespectful to us.!! :(

The service is very nice and the staff is very good. I often go to the same place to eat or take to-go.

You can't really expect much from a fast-food burger, however Burger King is one of my top favorites.

I come to this Burger King every Wednesday as a treat after my evening class, and it's always a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire place is kept spotless. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, making it the perfect midweek pick-me-up. The service here is outstanding – Simon, in particular, is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. His positive attitude really adds to the experience! Highly recommend this location for great food, a clean environment, and top-notch service.
