Faulty Log Splitter

OK, so I should have checked it over before bidding but the log splitter I just bought at auction is only fit for weighing in as scarp metal. Having said that, it does a great job of tripping the power supply. Please avoid this bunch of rogues.

Cheap garbage masquerading as something…

Cheap garbage masquerading as something of value. Staff have no clue on what’s going on, especially the ones working on the auction side. They use bidder another switch and bait operator like Burnley auctions, avoid them like the plague

Direct from large company???

Over the last 20 years I have purchased 4 vehicles and a few other items. Most have been ok and some even a bargain. It's the small items like the one I just bought and cannot be checked which are a problem. Why enter an item when you know it's scrap? Greed? This type of behaviour erodes buyer's confidence. On telling this to a friend he said "put it in the next sale". No way. It's the scrap pile for my latest puchase.
