Product all good and delivery fine, just have been hounded by promotional emails ever since. They do not seem to recognize what unsubscribe means.

Excellent. Ordered boots for stalking - didn't fit. Free return. Received different boots having phoned and spoken to Andrew (?); a real person, on site, who explained sizing and was very helpful. New boots arrived and I received a refund without hassle from the first, non-fitting, pair.
I could have bought the second pair slightly cheaper on line but the service at Bushwear, real / helpful person on the phone and free returns meant I felt a certain loyalty. I' ve bought other things here and will definitely go back. Very good service.
If buying Meindl boots NB they size in UK sizes; the euro sizing is inaccurate.

Due to an error on the size guide the wrong size was delivered. The jacket was exactly what I was looking for but when I asked to exchange the item for the correct size Bushwear would not honour the price I originally paid due to the sale ending, requiring me to pay a further £45. This was unacceptable and showed little interest in customer satisfaction.

Placed my first order with bushware and certainly won't be my last - email comms through the process were great, items arrived quickly and superb quality. Ordered various items from different manufacturers along with a bushware jumper and it's great, will check out their other own brand items next!

This is an easy five stars for a trader that knows how to deliver on great prices and an overall super online experience. First time using these guys and, aside from the excellent prices, the end to end shopping experience was simply great. Add to that, the mailing-out was fast and cheap; I ordered a coat around 4pm and received it 18hrs later, and I was in NI! BTW, it was a Beretta Mull jacket and the price was unbeatable!!!
