Samiha and her staff are very friendly and welcoming and Samiha explained everything clearly regarding our wills and the inheritance tax implications.

Although our solicitor dealing with our issues changed from time to time the service was not affected , so overall very good.

We were kept up to date when necessary and the costs of our house move were kept under control so we didn't overspend. Our queries which we kept to a minimum were answered succinctly and with any warnings clearly identified. Our only hiccup was the person dealing with our affairs left the company at an important stage as employee's often do, but a partner stepped in to make a seamless transition of contact, so no problems were encountered. Moving is a very stressful time and we had last done this 42 years ago so were not fully in tune with current procedures. We cannot fault Buss Murton in any way and can fully recommend their services.

Very professional and business like with a personal touch. I was able to meet with the solicitor personally to discuss the options and plan which was clearly explained. After that, we also spoke when required to support the majority of the procedures that were done via e mail.

Buss Murton delivered a good service and we got what needed within decent timescales over the Christmas and New Year period.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is some issues that needed to be pointed out within the wills, and one particular issue needed pointing out more than once.
