We contacted BuyBits as we were in the market for a sturdy iPad 10.9" floor mounted holder for our vans. Suction cups are nutoriously unpredictable and the plastic stands don't last. We got their details from RAM Mount's website, as one of their suppliers, high in the alphabet. Karl was very helpful in assisting me navigate RAM's website which is very confusing (beyond BuyBit's control). Karl helped me choose the correct stand and spent time with me on the phone. I recommend BuyBits. I also recommend calling beforehand if you aren't sure which stand is right for you as there are too many different devices and types...!

I recently tried to purchase a Huawei P30 Pro case and bike holder. My order was processed and money taken. In less than 12 hours I got an email that I was being refunded my money. When I emailed them and asked why, I was informed that they had recently moved and had lost all of the P30 Pro cases. On checking their website they had removed the one I ordered from the website but left all others which also include a case. This was £25,however they left a similar version costing £20 extra on their site. When I further queried this I was told they did have the p30 cars, but not the pro version - and yet they have a P30 pro page with lots of items including cases for sale. I would avoid these jokers s their don't seem to have a clue.

Utterly shocking customer service, took my money, confirmed the order, then today I was informed it’s not in stock, here’s your money back. Horrible company to deal with, you’ve been warned

Hands up I ordered the wrong item. E-mailed to ask for an exchange - no reply, e-mailed again - no reply, phoned - no reply. Fortunately only out of pocket by £20. Avoid.

The screen on my waterproof bicycle phone holder had two cracks after 9 months, the issue was reported on a Monday the replacement arrived by the Saturday without charge, that's good customer service. I bought a phone holder form Buybits 4 years ago it is still in perfect condition, just too small for my current phone. I will buy from Buybits again.

this company operates with dodgy practises...
i ordered some items from the site and the checkout gave me two shipping options : standard and fast (expensive)
i chose the expensive one (almost 17 pounds) cause i needed the things for a professional job quickly..
after i paid i got an email telling me that they can not send me with fast shipping cause of covid...
thay acted as making me a big favor that they refunded me all my money and they didnt keep the vat as they told me in the beggining..
Very bad experience..not recommended

I don't normally do reviews but after reading some of the bad ones, I felt compelled to do so.
I ordered a Tigra car mount for my iPhone, it arrived within two days of placing order and was exactly as described and cheaper than any other seller. I am delighted with it.
Communication was spot on, I cannot fault this company .. highly recommend them

The vent mount I bought from Buy Bits was not fit for the purpose it was sold. It had a design flaw. I installed it correctly but it kept falling off. It was advertised and sold as being a car iPad mini holder and Buy Bits knew (or should have known) it would be entrusted to hold an expensive device for use in a motor vehicle. The driver of an automobile should not be distracted by a falling vent mount! Buy Bits knowingly sold the device and put my device, my safety and the public safety at risk. This is unconscionable behaviour.
I warn you, if you value your device and your life - do not Buy Bits!

This so called company is crap. I ordered a phone mount that goes into the yoke of my motorcycle, got it from Amazon and we all know how stupid they are, checked to see if it fit my vehicle, Amazon said of course it does, got it a month later and guess what, hell no it doesn't fit. Emailed the company and with no avail, can't get the right one cause nobody at the freaking place knows nothing, stupid ignorant Aussies, they should be called a**holes in my opinion. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a product that was faulty (2nd May 2015) - the end of the charger came off on second use. They refused to replace it until the manufacturer had deemed it faulty - I sent it back and over 5 weeks later have yet to receive a refund or any acknowledgement of return.

UPDATE: It's now the 28th Sept 2015 and still no refund - have now issued a charge back through Barclaycard

I bought Swivel Car Air Vent Deluxe iPad 2 Mount. The item was dispatched on the same day by normal delivery. I's very happy to receive my item in good packing very quickly. The item is just the same as what I expected. Thank you, Buybits. I will definitely recommend you to others!

There products happen to be the only ones that fit my fone and this is why I purchased my item from their site.

The only pros are that they delivered fast and that the items are quite solid. But they sent me a faulty item and their customer service was appalling. They would not replace it and they treated me like an idiot. They would reply to my emails as if I was retarded and they kept pretending to not understand what I was saying.

They also claimed the item I ordered is not available for sale and so they couldn't send one (this was after them wasting a lot of my time)

When I sent the item code and my email confirmation they didn't acknowledge that I was right they just blanked me and kept frustrating me until I gave up. And now I have a product that I can't use and they have my money.

It's up to you if you want to buy from them, but you know what they say. You buy cheap, you buy twice.
