Order 2 Blaux portable ACs on June 21, 2020. After calling and emailing and informing my CC co. on August 10. Interestingly, I received my order on Aug. 17. Pissed that they took my money immediately upon purchase rather than AFTER shipment, yet I had to wait for weeks.

In addition, I have asked several times for a REFUND. The CC co. is reviewing. The product DOES NOT look like what I ordered and arrived with a water bottle attachment on the side and very little INFO. Very annoyed!! I want a REFUND!!

This is awful! After reading so many reviews on this product, they happily took funding from my special needs child- but never shipped the product!!! Call their call center, you get to talk to no one. I will be filing complaints with multiple sources.
Best advise--- do not give these people your payment anything. Hoping for a refund, but if it's like their product, we might not see it!!! Ugh.

Everyone this company if fraud I bought 2 items from them they charge my credit card right away it’s been 11/2 month now I haven’t received anything .
I email them no response if you go to there website there this customer service that you can chat all she say is to wait for it they already ship it “but when “.
Pls. Don’t get fool with this company .

Don't waist your $$ on this. It is nothing but a low grade fan and for $90.00. Certainly false advertisements as a portable ac. I wish I could throw it back to them. I am very disappointed in this crap. Won't ever waist my time even charging it up.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They'll take your money immediately but 40 days later no product, no tracking order, and no communication at all. SCAM. FRAUD. SCUM.

Can I give 0 stars? Same as everybody else here. Ordered it beginning of June. I have never received it nor will they answer any emails.

You all need to get your bank to refund it to you. Mine did with no problems.

Very disappointed with everything - I believe that the unit received is not what I ordered. Unit received didn't even have the word Blaux on it. The information on the box & instrusions stated I got a Mini Negative Air Conditioning Fan - this is NOT what I saw online or what I thought I was ordering. Unit received didn't have anything as listed on website - After I got unit and was unhappy I sent 3 texts did get 1 reply only with telephone # that stated mailbox full etc. Now what - Wanted to return item and get refund but can't get anyone from company to respond. Don't want to believe I got scammed but what else am I to think,

I ordered a couple units months ago and didn't hear anything from them, they charged my card with no problem though. I had to chase them down with multiple emails and finally someone got back to me to say that the order never went through and my money would be refunded. Still no refund and no product...absolutely awful and good luck trying to get someone to answer your emails. I just hope I'm not out a couple hundred dollars! DON'T DO IT!!!!! I would have given negative stars if I could have

I ordered on June18 and today it's August 12...the only thing I received is a order confirmation saying I would receive an tracking # .I'm still waiting...i should have done some research before I ordered.they have sent me several emails trying to sell more products..REALLY!!you stole my money one time do you really believe I would ever purchase anymore products??customer service is a joke.i don't understand how this fraud company is still business.PLEASE don't fall for this SCAM.They will be reported.i can understand the pandemic delaying orders but 2 months???

Same story, they take money same day and you never hear from them again. I started a dispute with my bank. This company is a rip off and I would be glad to assist in any legal actions taken against them.

Like all the other complaints regarding Blaux, I too have been unable to contact this seller. Have tried emailing and got the robo response. Also called and got switched the survey without speaking to anyone. I finally called my bank and filed a disputed charge claim for this purchase. I don’t have to pay the charge while waiting for the resolution of this claim. Also filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered the a/c necklace back in June...its August and still waiting for the product. order number 109716720

I have purchased the Blaux In Home 2 two of them and I loved them. There is a problem though. The charcoal filter only last 5 weeks and you cannot order new ones on the Blaux website because there are no options to order them.

I purchased this product in June and haven't received it.This is A Scam I hope Karma will effect their Scam a** Burn and use your fake product to put it out.🥵😡🤬

MINUS ONE STAR!!!! Ordered on 7/3/2020. Today is August 7th and still waiting. Called numerous times getting the same robot recording blaming the pandemic. What a lie. Deliveries are still coming thru via Amazon, etc. Poor excuse. I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs first thing Monday morning and the BBB. They are messing with the wrong person. Scammers forget that KARMA IS ALIVE AND WELL. If I don't receive any contact from them within 48 hours they will feel my bad vibes no matter how far away they are. I will plaster their fake business all over social media. I am a kind person, but when someone does me wrong WATCH OUT. I don't let it slip by. Send back my $213.43 ASAP as I no longer want the fake portable a/c units. JANICE COLON USA

My husband ordered the product on June 26 blinded by their online promotion with company- sponsored positive reviews, sponsored articles and press releases. Card was charged on June 26. We received product on August 20. It’s a cheaply-made, tiny fan, definitely not an A/c and definitely not worth $100. It’s like one of those freebies that you get when you buy something else. It’s doesn’t seem it’s worth more than $15. The best thing about Blaux is their promotional campaign.

I ordered June 16 now getting the run around, phone calls are answered then they say I sound like a robot and hang up. Sorry company should be sued, I would never recommend this company for anything

Took 3 weeks to get it. Discovered that it doesn't reduce the temperature one degree, even in a small area. Customer service phone routes you to a survey instead of answering. DO NOT BUY!!!!
