This was the best laid out website I've seen in a long time. The price was perfect, the product selection was spot on, and I didn't have to place a second order to use the discount. I will definitely order from this site in the future.

I ordered a brake kit and wasn’t sure about the choice. After doing some independent research, I called in and had my order changed. Thanks to David’s help, I know I have the proper kit coming. I could tell he didn’t care about upselling me. He just wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. I genuinely appreciate the help! There are so many options out now a days. I am really looking forward to the upgrade in performance as well as longevity. Thanks again y’all, well done.

Horrible. No communication on when my brake pads will be shipped. Called customer service and had to leave voice mail because they do not answer their phones. Big waste of time dealing with this childish firm. Sorry I ever placed the order online. I will now need to get a refund from the credit card I used to charge this purchase which they apprently are not going to deliver or communicate with me about.

When placing my order with Adam he went above and beyond my expectations addressing all of my needs. Very good experience. This is my second purchase with Adam.

Ordered “Instock” brakes 10/26/20
4 weeks later still haven’t received a Shipped email. I called customer service I was told the computer didn’t relay my order to EBC. So the brakes were not shipped yet. I purposely ordered the brakes before I needed them knowing COVID might slow things but, a MONTH for In stock brakes is Silly. This is the 3rd order I’ve placed and the 3rd time it has taken more then 3 weeks.
Despite the best prices on EBC this will be my LAST order from Buybrakes. Get your act together Clowns.

Wow! The Staff at Buybrakes.com went above & beyond in communication and sourcing my impossible to find GM rotors. This was a transaction that earned my business for life. There were no excuses in this transaction that covid tried to sideline. They under promised and over delivered.

Hi. I hate to give a bad review but I ordered rotors and pads and after receiving no notifications after about 2 weeks I called, was put on hold, and then told they were shipping out that day. Not sure what happened. I figure I could have at least had an email saying they were working on my order, or something. The next day I received an email saying they had shipped. Please notify customers if there will be a long delay, if things are on backorder, etc.... It's just good practice to communicate. Thank you.

Not impressed at all. Was told my package would be shipped and would arrive by Wednesday. Now its Wednesday and I have just recieved my shipping code saying it won't be here till friday. Got a great price but it's not worth having to wait longer especially being told I'd already have it. Probably won't be doing any business with you again.

Seeing the same reviews on different products worries me about this website.

Hands down worst experience purchasing auto parts online. Ordered brake pads for my camaro ss a month ago. Website didn't specify front or rear so I thought it was a set. Well when they never shipped I called and found out I had ordered rear but I needed fronts. Also the rear was out of stock with no idea when they would be back. Also was stated on website. Fronts cost an additional $28 which i have no problem paying but when I tried to pay the difference my card wouldn't run. So instead of calling or emailing me back about it the company just let the $90 i had paid for the rear just sit there. So once again I am stuck not being able to use the car over the weekend because of this.

I had placed an order via buybrakes but had not received a confirmation email. I used the text number to chat with a team member, they looked up the order, found out my order was on hold because I had ordered pads that did not match the rotors I had. I found the correct info, gave them my rotor size and they matched the pads I wanted and processed and shipped the order very efficently. That saved me a frustrating installation and return event, Thank you!

Shopping online experience was easy. I called customer service to get an update on my order after waiting for two weeks on tracking info. Customer service was great, they're very helpful. Customer service did tell me my order was going out the same day so I again waited for tracking info. I didn't receive tracking info till a few days later. Bottom line is it took WAY to long to receive my parts. Had these parts been for my daily use car I would have been without a car for almost a month. This is a huge inconvenience to customers. Please work on that.

Five business days later (ordered on a Monday morning, it's now Saturday) and "in stock" items have not shipped. I'm starting to think they were not really in stock. I'm guessing they drop ship from the manufacturer. If so it would be nice to tell the truth about it like other online retailers do.

Awesome customer service on my order. I emailed them a question concerning my order, help me get the right rotors and pads for my car and had it shipped the next day.
10/10 would buy again lol (had to do it)
