It was quick and easy to place the order, I was kept up to date with the status of the order and on the day of the delivery I could see where the driver was and approx time for the delivery. The driver was very polite and placed my panels exact where I wanted them . An excellent experience all round.

Easy ordering process. Short delivery lead times. Excellent delivery service - Chris and Mark were professional, courteous, helpful, fast and efficient. They noticed minor damage to one panel and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out without me having to do anything. All very impressive - many thanks

Service was good but the product was bad
There was no problem with buy fencing direct it was the forest shed that I bought . Really disappointed the quality was not good and that includes the build quality it was shoddy with bad cuts and poorly put together apex and roof panels. Have to spend more money to put this right as currently not fit for purpose. I would not recommend buying the forest timberdale 12 x 8 tongue and groove shed .
