Only ordered one fence panel but very good quality. Delivery driver said my address was incomplete on his paperwork so had some difficulty finding address. However still cheerful, polite and friendly. Thought delivery charge was a bit expensive but overall very happy with service.

Really poor quality and terrible…
Really poor quality and terrible customer service.
AT £79.99 per panel, we expected good quality fence panels. What we got was cheap bits of wood stapled together with even cheaper bits of baton. When I complained about the quality I was told that it matched the description on the website! I sent 3 subsequent emails to politely dispute this and to try and arrange a return, but each was ignored. A further 3 phone calls and finally collection was arranged, but I was charged a £30 fee for this, which strictly speaking is against the Consumer Rights Act. This was the only way to have the fence panels (nearly £1k in total) refunded. Needless to say, we won't be shopping with buyfencingdirect again!

The gates are very poor quality
The gates are very poor quality, I purchased 2 gates (3 x6 Acoustic side entry) when I fitted them both gates are twisted meaning when closed the gate is flush with the post at the top whilst the bottom is proud by over 25mm. the frame of the gate is narrow so I cannot fit the decorative hinges also the is no central bar which means it is difficult to fit any type of latch.
The fence panels and post are just OK hence the 2 stars

Having reviewed our records, we cannot see that you've contacted us regarding these concerns. Timber is a natural material and some movement can occur, however we'd welcome the opportunity to investigate the issues you've described, particularly the level of twisting you have reported.

Trellis quality not great / damaged
Ordered some new fence posts and 6x6 trellis panels. Price was competitive, ordering was easy and delivery was quick however the delivery driver wasnt great. He just tried to drop it off and leave quickly without even knocking... Seeing him there, I went out to ask if I needed to sign anything only to be met with a grumpy "nah mate" as he jumped back in his van and off he sped. Fence posts seem fine however I noticed later the trellis is quite poor quality with some splits at the bottom that ill need to repair. Probably wasnt worth trying to have replaced as I needed to get it done but dare I say that was why he was in such a hurry.
