Absolutely impossible to use. They are way too compressing on the top of the feet (for both of us, so not my own problem). Design problem, makes it very painful to wear.

Slippers were of very low quality. I've worn them 4 days and the soles are already flat. They are not comfortable at all, my toes are squished due to the uneven, cheap foam used. I contacted customer service and was told because they are closeout items, nothing can be done. So I asked if they were on closeout because of the poor quality, but no response received.

I received the slippers ahead of time. I love them. They fit correctly, are warm and cozy and easy to walk around the house. Perfect quality. Did I mention I love them?

My experience was excellent my slippers arrived early.

Two pairs ordered. Wrong sizes sent and refused to refund as international order.
Toddler size sent would fit a 5 -7 woman and the women’s size sent was a medium when a large was ordered. Both sizes ordered are clear on packing slip. I sent them photos to show all of above and not interested.
Do not buy from this company if you are not based where they are located.

Their reply is rubbish as they sent a medium pair when large ordered and no pair of toddler slippers should have a sole length of 24 cm. Packing sheet states large woman.Regardless of whether clearance or not they should be refunding when they have sent wrong sizes to those ordered.
I scanned and sent the packing slip along with a photo clearly showing the size of the adult pair and the toddler slipper. They clearly did not even look at the photos.
I would love to see a toddler with a 24cm long foot as I’m pretty sure toddlers are about 1 to 3 years old and would have a foot length of no more than 10 to 12cm

Everyone in our family loves HappyFeet Slippers, especially during the winter. It keeps my entire feet and ankles warm. They are so comfortable!

i have been buying happy feet for many years i cant count how many pairs .. they are not made the same as they used to.. they are smaller and not the big feet im used to getting.. happy feet u need to make them bigger like u used to.. still comfortable and warm.. :) will buy again :)

LOVE their slippers. I have at least five pairs and have gifted more!
