no support i purchased one year of vader and after 3 months it stop working i get no response

Several times the account was gone. In the first week i was answered within like 2-3 days. Usually not 24 hours like they comment. Most of the time now i don´t get an answer at all. My ticket just gets closed again after some days or even weeks. Then i sometimes retest the credentials and it even worked once but most of the time it did not and i had to write them again. Would not call that lifetime insurance.

Purchased a Vader Streams account, which apparently was a hacked account that eventually got banned, and instead of being truthful I was instead blamed for sharing. This has happened 3 times, and now after 2 days I'm unable to get any customer service at all. This is not a true product that they are selling.

im using several accounts from here for half a year now and evrything works great ,if there is a problem they usually respond within 24h to resolve it ,great service :D

There were issues in beginning but was resolved within 24 hours of me sending complaint.

Had several issues that they took care of in a timely manner until I was satisfied. Great support, quick respons times! I will continue to use their service and have started referring them to my friends and family.

I bought some account and they perfectly worked but now when i try to buy by pressing on ``BUY NOW`` it does nothing expect reloading the page...i`d like some help...Overall great service

Alright, folks, I have bought several subscriptions by now and very happy.

In the past, there were delays in getting a new account provisioned should one no longer work.

As of recently, they have been very good about this and more importantly all the accounts work.

I would trust them to buy more and will in the future.

Nice Seller, but I buy Vaderstream 3 Months ago. Replace the Account 2 Times now i doesnt work and I get not a new one since 3 weeks.
I think also the pric are too high for the products with slow suport.
The same problem with Rapigator.

Made an order today, paid the money and got got a reply a bit later than I expected but with a username and password that works 100%. Very satisfied.

i ordered Vadars and Gears. It took a day to figure it all out, but both are working fine. Im new to all this so they held my hand to get me through setup. thanks, and will keep ordering from these guys!

UPDATE # 3 Spoke to soon.. Still doesn't work. Seller claims it does I had Screen shots to show otherwise. Sent several requests for a refund no answer from them. Last chance as this seems to be the only place they respond.

UPDATE #1 I was unaware that the site didn't use e-mail. Thanks for the quick response. Couple of options were sent to them if the original stuff I ordered isn't available. Will continue to post updates as needed.

I have purchased 4 or 5 different things from these folks. Of the first 4, each one had a problem that they quickly resolved. The last one is the reason I am giving them such a low rating. I have sent them 4 emails informing them that what I bought is not what they sent me. To be fair, after my initial complaint they quickly sent me new codes. The 2nd set of codes didn't work at all. I haven't heard from them since. I have no idea what the problem is, but I'm leaving this review in the hope that they respond to it. If they fix my problem, it goes to a 5 star review.
In any case, I would advise everyone to make sure what they are selling is indeed what you want. If it says premium, go to the website and find out what premium actually gets you. I bought premium but got something else instead. At this point I don't care if they cant provide it, as long as they make it right with something else
