Out of stock

Bought, or tired to buy, an AER LEXIA-3. Contacted the seller after a couple of days who told me that the product was out of stock. I was instead offered another product. After some discussion I agreed to it, for which he than asked me to pay for the price difference. D
Based on this I decided to neglected the offer and requested a refund instead. Received the refund, all fine, but lost some few quids in currency exchanging and wasted time and days in not getting my car fixed... Please do not sell items that aren't available!

Bought product

Bought product. waited over 3 weeks after paying 3-5 day delivery. product did not work on arrival. Support was appalling no response to any emails WhatsApp never answered, eventually made contact by Skype but company uses evasive and delaying tactics rather than answer questions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY APPALLING SERVICE AND INFERIOR PRODUCTS

nice customer service,i met "wrong security code" problem when use kess 5.017 to R/W my car,but the customer service was so professional and nice,they pointed out my operation problem and gave me a detailed guide to help me fix the problem finally.I'm highly appreciated. Highly recommended buyobdill.com.
