My father bought this item for me and it has been 3 weeks since it hasn’t come and i read the reviews of the scooter and they had alot of good reviews and my father bought this for me I am very disappointed with this 👎🏽 Item

AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BOUGHT A SCOOTER FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY DIDNT ARRIVE EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES, INCONSISTENT WITH THEIR STORY IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED THEN IT HADNT THEN IT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT THEN TOLD IT HADNT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED AGAIN, NEVER RECEIVED SCOOTER OR REFUND 100% A SCAM

I bought an electric scooter from these on the 15th October with a estimated delivery of 3/5 days. Wasn’t delivered by 20th so made contact (only option via email). They told me it would be with me by Friday 23rd, still didn’t arrive although a scooter charger did arrive in a little box left on my doorstep. I chased again and they promised me I will received it by the end of the week. Still didn’t arrive, I asked them what’s going on and then they told me it’s actually In Belgium and will be released from customs on Tuesday 2nd and Iv still not received the item.

I believe this might be a scam, so be carful people.

I ordered a scooter four weeks ago as a birthday gift for my son Christian ( 3 weeks overdue ) and still haven't received it and according to FedEx, it still hasn't been picked up!
Very poor communication from their end. Keep being emailed by a Daniel who, in my opinion in a bot.
Avoid at all costs...I think I've been scammed!

Brought an electric scooter of these and handle bar snapped causing my son to come off I contacted the company they said they would send out new bar for me to change but have still not done so and now don’t reply to massages these are obviously not to a good safety standard and I have informed them I’m taking it further awful service

Absolutely delighted with service. Had a few queries re my order which were answered immediately. Received scooter which is even better than thought . Well impressed with this company. Definitely recommend .

Had a a-grate experience with this company and if I had any questions, there was a nice guy called mark that dealt with my queries very quickly, bought my son a scooter that I got a good price and it I was happy with how quick it came. 👍😜

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON MAN. I am devastated, this is the second time I have been scammed, please do not trust this piece of s**t human being. I ordered a AOVO scooter after a previous attempt via what I thought was a legit company only to realise it was fake. I looked at trusted pilot to find an alternative - at the time very good 5 star reviews only to revive a fake item that was faulty and sub standard. Will be reporting to the police and trading standards - this is day light robbery.

Scooter arrived without charger nor screws or manual. After contacting, I received an unprofessional response. In addition, there was a fake reciept stating the value of the scooter was 120 EUR, despite the fact that I paid 270 GBP. After questioning them about this, their reply was "we send these receipts to avoid customs and taxes". Scam company

Just ordered a scooter it arrived no screws no charger .Tried to contact there customer services nothing so far but a message that says it will take a few more hours to get back to me these scooters are not cheap buyer be ware

Scooter arrived but without a charger, tools, instructions a and with screws missing. The rear mudguard was also broken. It’s been a few days and I’m still waiting for the missing parts. I can’t recommend these guys despite them appearing in the mainstream press.

I wish I could give him NO star. Electric Future is using fake reviews to attract innocent customers from UK. Two weeks ago, I ordered scooter for my daughter and was told that it would be delivered in next 3 working days but now Marc is blaming DHL after failed promises. Marc is using drop shipping but not being transparent about it. NO telephone number, takes 4 hours to reply on web chat, Not willing to issue refund despite no delivery, hence decided to take legal action. Be Aware of this conman

Purchased an electric scooter from this company, it arrived. A week later it wouldn’t charge. I contacted the company over a month ago as it is still under warranty to get this issue fixed. A month later i still have a scooter that doesn’t work! Customer service is shocking, takes a long time to reply to emails and when they do they are really unhelpful! I am now stuck with a scooter which cost £280 that doesn’t work! Avoid!!!

My son (age 15) ordered a scooter which we need to return unopened to you for a full refund as he is underage. I cannot find any information on your website on how to arrange this and the email address you have on the tracking information for my son is a defunct address which is not accessible. I cannot find any information on how to contact customer service either.

Please advise how to contact you via phone or email and how to arrange to return the scooter asap.

Perfect! I had been contemplating buying an electric scooter for my sons birthday for a while, I had lots of questions that customer service answered very quickly and Im very happy I bought from them, they went above and beyond with my requests! my son said it was his best birthday present ever! Might even buy another for myself!!

Ordered a scooter, and it arrived within a few days of ordering. As it says on the website, a slight delay due to COVID. Really easy service and great delivery updates!

My daughter wanted a electric scooter for her 18th birthday . I bought it on Monday and it arrived today! , very well packaged , my daughter just opened it this evening and was over the moon!
