You purchased a Virtual Visa USA – 5 USD card, which was clearly marked as “USA” both in the product title and throughout the description. It was also explicitly stated that the card is region-locked and can only be redeemed from within the United States. Despite these multiple warnings, you proceeded with the purchase from Bangladesh, which is outside the supported region.
The seller provided you with the correct link to the official reward center, where the system automatically restricted access because your region did not match the required one. When the same link is opened from a U.S. IP address, it works normally and requests standard verification information for activation.
The seller also communicated transparently and repeatedly explained the reason for the issue — that the card cannot be activated outside its intended region and that the product was delivered valid and working as listed.
In this case, there was no scam, no fake link, and no system failure. The problem arose solely because the regional restrictions were ignored. We always encourage buyers to read the product details carefully before completing a purchase, especially for region-specific items.

BuySellVoucher Has Turned Into a Scam Platform — Beware
To be honest, when I first started using this website in 2021, it was absolutely great. I purchased many gift cards and other services without any issues. However, since 2023, when suppliers began offering long-term services like 12-month YouTube Premium subscriptions, Spotify and .... the experience has completely changed.
Many of these sellers are scammers. After one or two months, they stop providing the service, and you can’t get your money back. What’s even worse is that the website owner and the BuySellVoucher team don’t seem to care about this issue at all.
I’ve lost my money for the third time now. I purchased a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription, but the supplier stopped providing the service after just one month. Even after I filed a complaint with customer support several times, they took no action. Those scam sellers are still active on the platform, continuing to deceive others.
It’s clear that this website only cares about its commission and not about protecting its customers’ money.

I was scammed out of several hundred dollars.
Unfortunately, the seller on their website sells 12-month subscriptions that actually work for 1 or 2 months. After all this, the seller refuses to help me, and the website's support team says that according to the terms and conditions, I have 24 hours to report the problem. What kind of sense does that make? The subscription was paid for and was supposed to last 12 months, and I have 24 hours from the purchase to report the problem. Great logic. BSV support is very bad and they make stupid and illogical decisions.. They say that I violated the rules but I did not.. The customer who contacted me sent his contact information and I did not send or ask him for the information.. I also warned him and told him that this is prohibited on the site.. But after the customer sent his information after a few hours they suspended my account instead of the customer’s account.. What does all this have to do with me? No, and with all impudence, technical support asks me for $500 for that.. In order to activate the account. They exploit this matter to make more money.. And whenever I open a ticket, they close it immediately and there is no evidence to prove that I sent or asked for contact information in any way
