Fee on my refund without compensation. Seller didn't get any punishment.
I bought stumble gems from a "trusted" and "verified" seller. I waited about an hour, the order status said "items sent". Keep in mind, this is a top up by Username. After I went into the game, I had not gained any gems. I messaged the seller about this. 6 hours later he replies with "In progress". Why did he put status as "Items sent" if it was still in progress? The support team is also horrible, replying like every 20 minutes or longer, sometimes 2 - 3 hours. I made a dispute, and fortunately it got accepted. The payment wasn't sent back to my digital wallet, it was in my "buysellvouchers" wallet. I noticed I only received $3.08 instead of the $3.30 I had payed. But, you know, whatever. But this is where they get cheapskate, there's a FEE. The fact that I had to go through all this hassle, I didn't get a voucher, any compensation whatsoever. I even contacted the support team about this, but they dodged the question about giving a compensation.

To clarify, according to our Terms of Service (Section 2, clause 2.3), when a dispute is resolved in your favor, refunds are credited directly to your internal BuySellVouchers wallet. In your specific case, you initially paid 0.03168 LTC (including processing fees) to purchase an item priced at 0.02962 LTC. After the dispute was resolved, exactly 0.02962 LTC was credited back to your wallet balance in full accordance with our policy. You may now either use these funds for future purchases or withdraw them to your external wallet.
However, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you've faced due to the inaccurate order status provided by the seller. We'll address this directly with the seller to improve compliance with our guidelines.
