I only wish I had read All the reviews instead of the top couple before I placed my order. My son had a Brownlow night in which my daughter found a gorgeous dress from Buy Trends website (I too found lovely top). We placed our order well in advance so my daughter could make her twin brother proud, only for the order not to arrive. Query after query, Buy Trend have never once offered to re-send my order, offer a credit....nothing except for 'pls be patient'. The Brownlow been & gone & still no fckg order some 4mths later!!!!!!! If this company are loyal & good for their word, they would have re-sent our Order that they already took our money for. I will now make it my mission too have this place shut down. It's an absolute disgrace & what makes me even more angrier is that they are ripping off people without a care of the emotional upheaval that comes with it, let alone the $ they r taking. I have been polite over several emails but now it's beyond a joke.

I was so happy to get my dress. It was everything I had expected!!! They got my sizes perfect and the quality of the dress was perfect. I will be ordering from you for all my dress needs. Very very happy girl!!! Thank you!!?

I received my order today and I had to request a return immediately. I also tried to post this review on their website and they would not post it. My dress is L, as ordered but:
1. The hem line is unfinished: threads are hanging along the bottom part
2. The embroided veil on the bottom half is attached with the reversed side up: the blue flowers are facing the body
3. All measurements are off by way more than the 2-3 cm warning on the website. Length is off by 11 centimeters (81 versus 92).

I wrote to them and they were extremely rude, asking me to fix it myself, quoting them: "...so if convenient, please repair this dress by yourself"

This has got the be the worse online shopping experience I've ever had! Bought the product in size L (which they said corresponds to size 14 UK) and it was barely a size 10, if not actually an 8. They refused to accept my return, saying that the sizes are listed on their website and I could only get them to accept the return after around 10 emails explaining that the sizes they have don't fit and that they are legally obliged to refund me within 30 days for whatever reason I have to return a product.

But the hassle continues! It took an additional 5 emails after they said ok, we will refund you just for them to give me the address (meanwhile they were trying to convince me not to return the package because you know, it's far, it might not make it, they won't refund me until they actually receive the package and all that). I've sent a SIGNED delivery to them, which was signed on 17 February. For 2 weeks they claimed to be on holiday and that they couldn't check and since then they claim they haven't received my package though THEY HAVE SIGNED FOR IT. I am currently investigating with UK Royal Mail as well, though be aware that it has been 3 months since I sent the package for refund and still have seen none of my money back.

Conclusion: Just don't buy from them. I won't quit until I get my money back and will post reviews about my experience and report them to whoever I can, but if you can avoid all the hassle, just do that.

Horrible experience with this company. Took forever to get merchandise, end of November to January 12, and their sizing is no where close. Had to file a claim with Pay Pal, and finally received item. Will not even try to return, had to much trouble getting it, will use for a rag. Fair warning, do not order from this company.
