I specified that the items i ordered…

I specified that the items i ordered should not be placed outside. They were and sat there for god knows how long because they didn't bother ringing the bell or calling.
Re:
When filling out the order there was a field: Varerne må ikke stilles udenfor. Vær opmærksom på, at transporten er for egen regning, hvis chaufføren kører forgæves og må komme igen.
This was checked. I am assuming that means that delivery would either ring the door bell or call or text. None of those things hapenned and the order was left on the sidewalk whilst also forcing anyone going by to go out on the street.

They left the delivery outside of my…

They left the delivery outside of my apartment building without notifying me of its arrival.

Edit: Thank you for the response, I still think that the driver should let you know via a phone call / sms / email when the delivery has been completed. It is strange to me that this has to be requested specifically.

You will only be contacted when your delivery arrives if you have requested it. If you would like a notification upon delivery, you must write it in “comments for the driver” when ordering.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

I ordered 5cm and 8cm GRA 40X40 Tiles. For carport.
Delivery 1 day late. Me and workers stayed jobless.
Finally came...but...
Tiles delivered in KOKS instead of GRA! PANIC!
Job had to be done, but we didn t have the good materials.
Terrible communication. Answering to the phone sometimes...retaining informations. those days have been terrible for my nerves.
Then, they wanted to share the extra cost for replacement
sharing the cost for the Truck for picking wrong KOKS tiles and bringing new ones.
+ passing from 5cm tiles to 8cm since they didn t have them in the GRA right color...
I finished to pay 2500dkk extra for the 8cm tiles, but simply refused to pay for the Truck since it was not my Mistake.
It has been a long and stressful process. Happy to get out of it.

My first and last experience with BYGMA...
