Great customer service! I had an issue with pricing due to a website bug, but they handled it quickly and refunded me without any problem. Very satisfied.

Merrachi was a very innovative and brilliant brand. However the last couple of drops seem to disappoint.. The fabric choices are poorly 9/10 it’s polyester nothing wrong with that if they went for cheaper fabric options. But the prices they are asking is no way near reasonable. I think they should look into that.

Hello I want to share my experience with you guys. I send a message yesterday to nada & her team explaining that . I’m in the process of putting the hijab insha allah . And I ask them if they can help me to find the perfect fabric for me ( not to heavy and something not to hot either) but after that I was like hmm they have way to much people sending them messages they NEVER gonna see mine . Ahahah I was so far from the true

Masha allah they reply to me and help me so much . Sending me suggestions explaining me they different fabric & when use them ( exemple: this fabric is better for this weather etc ) and send me a lot of love, support and courage for my next step in life . Masha allah . May Allah always put baraka on the work of nada and the team 💜🫶🏼

I bought a dress for €120 and received it damaged. I contacted Merrachi, and they said I would get a 20% discount, which I find very low. I’m really disappointed. I used to be a loyal customer, but unfortunately that won’t be the case anymore. Such a shame.

I’ve been ordering Merrachi from couple years ago and i will tell you one thing is that they have never disappointed me ! Their quality and customer services has been amazing ! I highly recommend this brand 🤍

Extremely dissatisfied with my order placed on Friday 13th for only 2 hijabs which they shipping on Thursday 19th which means it would not have arrived in time for Eid which is Friday 20th. Their shipping shows 1-3 day and it’s not made to order.

Contacted them via email and Instagram and they responded to Instagram all they had was an apology and that it was in the warehouse which doesn’t help at all because they still waited till the following day to ship it out. It’s like they had no idea what happens in the warehouse which is poor for any business. My order is now coming on Monday 23rd 3 days after EID so I’m fuming.

This is my second time ordering the first time was not like this however I always say a business starts of great then it becomes a poor services after making enough money. It will be my last time ordering from merrachi.

Ladies avoid there so many other brands out there who actually go above and beyond for paying customers and ensure they are always left satisfied

I placed an order on February 11, but it was delivered to a different address than the one I provided. I went there to try to retrieve it, but the package wasn’t there. I first opened a claim with the carrier, but they couldn’t give me any explanation.

I then contacted the brand on March 26 and was told it would take about a week to receive a response or solution. When I followed up after that week, they told me it could take up to two weeks at most, saying this was the legal timeframe. All of those deadlines have now passed and I still haven’t received any response, despite contacting them several times. They told me they would get back to me with a solution TODAY morning, but I’m still waiting with no answers...

I’m very disappointed. Merrachi presents itself as a high-end brand, yet even low-cost brands like Shein manage to process refunds in less than 24 hours.

Update after the brand’s response:
The information provided in their reply is not accurate. After contacting Chronopost directly, I was informed that the parcel was delivered to a different address than the one I originally provided. This directly contradicts their statement.

Additionally, I was recently contacted and offered a reshipment. However, this solution comes far too late. This order was intended as a gift for February 14th, and due to the lack of timely support and repeated delays, I was forced to purchase an alternative gift.

I was initially willing to accept a resolution if it had been handled within the timeframes promised. Instead, I was repeatedly told to wait (first one week, then up to two weeks), and those deadlines were not respected.

At this point, I no longer wish to receive a replacement. The issue is not just the delivery, but the way it was handled over several weeks without clear communication or accountability.

I remain very disappointed with the overall experience.

I realy love this brand. The quality is great and the pieces are both modest and stylish. They make it easy to create beautiful outfits while still feeling comfortable and confident.

Since starting my hijab journey, this brand has become one of my favorites. I always look forward to their new collections. Highly recommended! ❤️

I recently received my order from Merrachi. The shipping is very very quick. I’m always genuinely impressed with the craftsmanship. The quality of the fabric is amazing. it feels soft yet substantial, with a beautiful drape that immediately gives the piece an elegant look when worn.

The delivery is always super fast!! The communication if you need help is very good. Sometimes some pieces are too fast out of stock but I have to say that it’s getting better!
