Quite pathetic when there is a defected charger in Ejler Bille parking house, and someone on purpose removes the charger from charging cars, which in the end gets parking fines for no active charging while parked. I have reported this defect to By & Havn but they keep repeating that it’s not possible to remove the charger. Well, guess what, it is possible and it’s happening. I have an active abonnement from their company but when I came to my car in 6:30 in the morning I could see they have put a ticket on my front window. I had to wait until 9.00 to call them and all these hours I was so mad of them and so depressed and angry. I called them at 9.00 and spending 6-7 behind the line and I noticed that they have made a mistake and to cancel the ticket that was issued due to their fault I should do some more work of scan and send email and bla, bla, bla,... and suddenly the costumer service lady says that she can do nothing more and cuts the line. So impolite.
In return they just ask for apology and they expect you to be happy just by apology. I am sure if there was a mistake from my side, for example parking in wrong place or time or forget to set the p-skiver, an apology could not be enough. Is that justly? Unfortunately you have no other option and should accept being annoyed by an impolite costumer service lady who says she is not willing to talk to you and hangs up the phone.
