I was one of many waiting to be greeted. We as waited for someone to seat us. No one in sight. Walked in the almost empty restaurant and asked if we could sit anywhere. I was told i’d have to wait to be seated. Okie so i walked back outside to more people waiting gave it another 5 minutes and gave up.

Had lunch or our twins 13 birthday shopping trip in the Trafford Centre where we have had three wonderful meals before inclding just coming out of lock down.

The service as usual was brilliant. It is so clean and tidy and just a wonderful place to enjoy lunch. Arriving there at around 12.15 it was fairly empty but by 2pm when we left it was full of happy diners.

Only two issues. One the new menu was not as good as the previous. Our daughter love macaroni cheese but they have removed this from the adults section and whilst she accepted the one from the childrens menu it was rather disappointing...she ate my chicken instead! The other small thing is we had garlic bread as a starter and it was tasteless and bland...I think they forgot to put the garlic in and it was dry. We mentioned we enjoyed the meal very much but mentioned the bland garlic bread and the very pleasant waiter who did speak English replied " thank you" oh well can't win them all. I gave our previous visits a five star assessment but sadly as it was not as good I had to give them only four stars.

We visited restaurant at Stansted Airport. Waitress name NUNO Z, such profesional and kind. We fallen in love with him. Food delicious also. Liked restaurant style a lot also.

The services are good and the cost is quite cheap and affordable.Their equipments are very good quality and being sanitise daily.

At Stansted Airport I ordered sunshine breakfast.I Expect to have a nice breakfast.but really poor and looks plastic and you have to pay extra for toast. Doesn't worth at all

Visited the resteraunt in Trafford Centre with me and my partner, Aneta & Kyle were our services. Absolutely fantastic, never broke a smile and were delightful to deal with. Food was next level cannot compliment the chef enough. Brilliant will be coming again.

First and great experience at this restaurant in Birmingham. Me and my girlfriend received good food and excellent service from a waiter called Joshua. Will happily return in the future

Went to Coast to Coast in Norwich on Wednesday 29th January for my sons 12th birthday.
Massive thanks to Charlotte who served us, was friendly, took time to speak to my son and ask him about his day. Food was absolutely lovely. She is a massive credit to your company and if you have any kind of reward scheme for staff, i would certainly like to put her forward for it.

Went to Coast to Coast Rochester on Thursday evening, to celebrate my sons GCSE results. Lovely food, service was perfect, Charlie made us feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. Definitely go again

My Wife & I attended the Westlife concert in Sheffield last weekend, we decided to eat at Coast to Coast prior to the concert. The whole experience in Coast to Coast was first class, upon entering the restaurant we were met by a lovely man who quickly showed us to our table, we had the pleasure of being served by Jordan at our table who delivered great service throughout our meal. The food was piping hot with generous portion sizes including the main meal & desert. Must mention the sticky toffee pudding which was delicious. Also we had a reasonably priced bottle of Chardonnay which was very nice. The total for mains, desert & bottle of wine for the two of us came to £62 which we thought was very reasonable. We both highly recommend Coast to Coast & look forward to another wonderful dining experience with them in the near future.

My partner and I ate here about a month ago, and we were really unimpressed.

Our food wasn't cooked properly, even the fries?! Didn't taste of anything.

Staff seemed disinterested and bored.

Sent an email to head office and was told someone would be in touch... never heard anything.

Just had a meal in the Trafford Centre with my lovely wife at Coast to Coast. What a nice place the food was great pipping hot juicy burgers served by nice friendly staff. Great service from Kyle and Mark well done lads be back soon.

Went to Birmingham broad st, coast to coast.

At the resturant we were greeted by a lovely African American gent I’m assuming he was the manager and showed to over seat.

Our waiting time to order drink then look and order food was spaced out nicely not to rushed or forgot about😊

Me and my partner both had the feast breakfast and by good god it was fantastic 👌🏻 Would have again didn’t even finish our breakfast so we asked for it to go. The gent happily pack it for us our bill was resonablly prices for two cokes and two breakfast £26 🤗

Brad are waiter was amazing at his job helpful and perlite. Having worked in the hospital industry for many years I have seen lost of different kinds of methods of servings customers.
Brad stands for everything you want in this industry and would employ him with out a seconds thoughs.
The food was the same standard as the last time we came very nice and quick service.

Visited my local store in Whiteley, Fareham and was very impressed. Cheap as had the 50% off offer. Service was excellent, catered for my pregnant wife and 16 month daughter with no fuss.
Food was great, atmosphere fantastic and the 3 of us had a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
Can not recommend enough.

Going to give this a 2 star. As one of the meals was ok. The second was awful dry and cold.

Great staff, great food, best steak is the rump.

been to Ipswich branch 3 times in last month and always good service and nice food, clean environment and nice atmosphere, can use our taste card there so a bonus!
