After getting 3 different cabinet & install estimates from local companies (which I prefer to use if possible), we decided to use Cabinet Giant. My brother-in-law gave me the idea, since he had completed his kitchen and his mom's kitchen with Cabinet Giant, and I was very impressed with how they turned out. Communicating with the saleswoman was very easy and she responded quickly any time I had questions (I had many!). I had to custom cut a cutout for our double oven, and their advice was helpful. The way the cabinets are pre-assembled made it easy for me (a weekend warrior) to put together. There were instructions included, but they were not extremely beneficial. Basically just look at the paper, then fit them together with the pre-assemble brackets and included hardware. Never once did I have any missing parts from my entire kitchen purchase of cabinets.

Great Job. Just wish you guys kept the color of our cabinets a bit longer, So we have support if we needed more pieces.

Other than that, the experience has been grand, and will be calling to order for my next project.

We have been using cabinet giant for years and until the last 2 orders we very pleased with communication and product and time lines but the last 2 orders we made have been terrible and very poor communication and waiting forever for a product that said 2-3 weeks to get delivered.
I’m frustrated to say the least.

Cabinetgiant is a great place to buy cabinets, Donna at cabinetgiant was very helpful and nice she made sure everything was right and she followed up to make sure The order was correct.

As a contractor you need good quality products to recommend to customers and cabinet giant has awesome options to make anyones dream kitchen a reality. I have purchased many kitchen packages from them and I have always had great success!!! A+ company.

Donna at Cabinet Giant is great! Very helpful. I have gotten cabinets for myself there, and helped several others get cabinets through Donna. I have never worked with anyone else for ordering, but if the rest of the design team is anything like her, you'll be just fine. Also, every time I have gone to pick up an order, the warehouse staff have been friendly and helpful as well. I recommend getting cabinets through Cabinet Giant.

I've built 10+ kitchens with their products. Hands down the best "bang for the buck" in cabinets I have found. I am a General Contractor have tried em all... from cheap big box store brand to all out custom built.. and for the money cabinet giant has the belt. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that in last year or so their communication has been poor. I will send an email and never get a response ..but they DO address the issue every time. Parts / replacements just show up. They obviously get my emails I just dont get confirmation. I am about to make another large order.

Cabinets came on time and where packed well (no damage), where easy to put together. The quality is great. The sales person was very helpful.

The cabinets purchased exceeded my expectation in quality and appearance. The instructions accompanying the product were disappointing as it seems the makers are not trying to make it easier on inexperienced DIY'ers who find there way to their website. A very small effort should be able to fix this issue.

Several years ago when I purchased my cabinet I loved this cabinet! Quick in receiving the product, Great Product and Customer Service was very high. Recently I have inquired about several questions I had and to no prevail have gotten a reply! Sorry about this review, but my trust in your business has gone down. Have a Blessed Day!

Great cabinets, the next step up would have to be custom built.

Excellent service and prices

Donna is very helpful when it comes to designing and pricing out a complicated order. She always pays careful attention to small things like fillers, scribe molding, accent pieces, etc. to make sure the job comes out looking complete and professional.

The prices are fair, the turnaround time is usually very good, even if you're working with a special order cabinet. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to buy here again (as I have about a dozen times already), or to refer them. Definitely ask for Donna!

Cabinet Giant is awesome! The cabinets are top quality and the prices are amazing. They sometimes cost less than a quality paint job for existing cabinets. The free design help is awesome. I will send measurements and the idea of the layout I want and they will send back a complete design. Most items are usually in stock and back ordered items arrive in less than a month, even during covid.

Second kitchen remodel using Cabinets from Cabinet Giant. Both were done with the Diamond Collect, Sienna Rope and most recently Uptown White. Like the fact that these cabinets offer many options to customize the lay out. Many thanks to Linnea in the design department who offered some great suggestions. These cabinets are very nice from the plywood sides, hardwood frames and very nice finish. People are great to deal with from ordering to taking care of problems. Would highly recommend CG for any Kitchen upgrade. only complaint assemble instruction are poor the videos help a lot.
