ordered 100,000+ colored cable ties, half came with the wrong color, they were small ties so losing the cost of the product wasn't the issue, but their lack of follow-up was the issue. I'm sure they are a good Company, but I think they have the processes of a very small Company. Importer with no processes is not good.

I had an issue with some stainless steel poly-coated zip ties they sent me. I sent a picture along with the problem I was having, and within one business day, they contacted me (email and phone) and apologized. They followed-up by giving me a credit for the bad ties, and sending me a new batch free. It doesn't get any better than that.
