Absolute waste of time . Booked in advance to be picked up at the AO Arena. Get outside and see a text to say ‘ booking cancelled’. Arrogant clown on the phone said ‘ no drivers available, ‘ what is the point of letting people book and pay??? If this is your business model, god help you . Incompetent is the polite version of what I’d like to say

Where thrilled with what we have achieved together and look forward to even greater success ahead. Using their platform in conjunction with Autocab has made receiving jobs and payments incredibly seamless and efficient.

The vendor assigned to me by Cabubble for rides on Christmas Day was MiniCabRide. They are an exceptional cab company. They called me to confirm the service, then emailed me the confirmation as well as the driver's details, and the driver sent me a tracking link ahead of time so that I could estimate how far off he was from me. The driver was also lovely and punctual.

The booking process and options were excellent. The company we ended up choosing was fantastic:

We booked a return journey for our adult son who has a learning disability from Weston Super Mare back to his supported living home in Camberley. Communications was excellent throughout.
Unfortunately a major accident closed the entire M4 between Jct 14 and 13 traveling eastbound and they got stuck right in the middle of stationery traffic with no way of coming off and a possible re-opening 3 hours later at gone midnight!
We were contacted and in speaking directly with the driver Chris, we were impressed by his calmness and positive attitude from a journey that should have taken 2 hours became 6 hours. His demeanour and attitude was so professional and I guess it showed that he was used to the surprises our roads can throw at drivers.
We were pleased that we had entrusted our son in such good hands as Chris.
We altered our plans slightly and asked for our son to be delivered to our house, which was a couple of miles from his original destination as his expected arrival was now going to be much later.
But the drama didn't stop there, our son had dropped his phone between the seats and although I saw Chris check the car before he drove off. I remember thinking that's really good, he could not have seen the phone. We eventually managed to call him and luckily he hadn't got far and I offered to drive and meet him at a garage about 3-4 miles away.
The experience was top draw and I would not have any hesitation in recommending Paul's Private Hire and most of all Chris. Thank you guys!

I have used Cabubble a couple of times now to book transport to and from Manchester airport. They used a local firm Lynch and it was a great service. They arrived on time and were there to pick us up. Couldn’t fault them. Maybe the poor reviews are the firms they are using and who need to be checked on confirmed beforehand to avoid letting people down?

Taxi booked a week in advance didn't turn at at 4.30 am!
When we called them it was just 'we don't have a driver, sorry, we will refund you (which they did) but that didn't get us to the airport!
I don't believe that actually reserve a car when it's booked.

Booking system works fine but I haven't got time to vet the companies Cabubble is partnering with, turns out the one we booked with cancelled on us about ten hours after we made the booking and the company in question rates incredibly badly on Trustpilot. Hard to say you can trust the site if they're just putting through bookings to anybody.

Dear reader,
I am a taxi and minicab provider, working with Cabubble aggregator for years now, and I have nothing to complain of.
Bernard and his team are top-notch professionals, providing excellent training and support, for a fair price.
I work with other aggregators as well, but as long I can stop my collaboration with them anytime for their unfair charges, I just cannot stop working with Cabubble. They have simply the best integrated and configurable booking system in place.
While I can understand taxi customers' frustration very well, I would like to say that when they complain about Cabubble, they are in the wrong. I am pretty sure they should complain about the taxi providers they chose in the booking process instead, but probably they don't remember this key element.
My best regards to the Cabubble team. Keep up the good work!

I made a booking last year for a Sunday this year in April. I have just tried to call the taxi company to cancel the booking but they have NO booking for me in their diary. I also tried another company in the same town and they don't have a booking for me either.
So glad I didn't pay up front....

As a private hire firm, we use cabubble as a "bolt-on" to our own web-site.
This has given our customers the ability to book and pay online for our services.
Being a small, family run business, we only deduct payment and confirm the booking, IF we have availability. If we have no availability to send a vehicle, the person attempting to book is notified ASAP.
It works very well for the business model that we operate.
Highly recommended.

Even one star is to much: I have booked a car and the booking was once confirmed. Valid Credit Card details given, everything ok. Then the company Cabubble cancelled the booking without naming reasons. We wanted to make holidays in London and wanted to get back as tube does not run early in the morning. This company is unreliable! Do you treat visitors in England like that?

I work as a supplier to Cabbuble and I find them a great organisation to collaborate with. I find Bernard and the team friendly and approachable and they offer a fair pricing structure.

I have been with Cabubble pretty much for the last 6 years as a supplier and cannot say how much it has boosted our work load, also tie in the booking engine that Bernard had added to our website which gets us loads of enquiries and bookings. A great addition to your cab business.

I have used this comparison and booking system numerous times now and its been awesome every time. It's a slick booking system with lots of firms to compare prices. Card pre-pay option for piece of mind. The taxi's have been prompt (or early) every time. Highly recommended :-)
