Very condescending tone when dealing with customers, specially some elderly customers that are there for support not to be be talked down to, seemed a knowledgeable chap but I wouldn’t be recommending him as the last thing people need when there going some where for assistance is to be talked down to
I have no hesitation in recommending this IT business.
I received great, helpful service, they were quick and fair at a reasonable cost.
