Ceasarstone only sent me two of the…

Ceasarstone only sent me two of the requested four samples (I was still charged 30 bucks). I emailed twice and left a telephone message with sales and NO ONE ever contacted me. Your QC and follow up are less than adequate (and that’s me trying to be kind). Thank you for nothing.

Bad service

I ordered my samples two weeks ago, I haven’t heard a single thing about them but was told that I would get tracking information within 3-5 days of placing my order.
