This is a great service
This is a great service. We urgently needed records for a visa application; this service was fast and easy. Depending on what you need the records for, the cost can add up, as we needed two types of certificates and both needed to be officially translated into English. Still, it is not anyone's fault - just the administration costs of bureaucracy. It is worth paying the costs as Claudio Pancotto was very communicative, friendly and got us the records quickly with no fuss or stress. Once we paid the fee on the 02/12/2023, we received the scanned documents on the 12/12/2023 and the physical copies a few days later via UPS.
