I purchased the expedited shipping
I purchased the expedited shipping. It wasn't shipped in the time it was supposed to. I emailed and asked to be refunded the shipping. The customer service agent told me they suggest i look at the expected shipping time next time I order. I sent a screen shot of my receipt and the expected delivery date that had already passed. A different agent emailed back apologized and refunded 1/2 of my shipping. Once it finally shipped it got sent to a ups pickup spot. So I still paid for shipping, didn't get it in time and now have to go pick it up myself. Sad.

The site made it easy to place my order…
The site made it easy to place my order for a "mini poster." Shipping was on time, but their packaging for shipments needs to improve.
The poster was shipped rolled up... I know that's totally standard. The problem was with the tape they used to KEEP it rolled up. I spent about 45 minutes trying to remove the tape without causing damage. In the end I damaged the paper by removing the tape. WAY TOO STICKY.
