Instead of 3 i got 1 piece, that I throw away immediately. Its from worst quality curtain mayerial, poor sewing quality and 2 pieces were just missing. Shame!

Took forever to arrive when it did it was an absolute joke two square pieces of fabric sown together with a block print vaguely resembling the colours fabric horrid. Products received are nothing like products advertised this is obviously a cheap Chinese rip-off. Took over a month from order to deliver. I ordered a cold shoulder dress the holes for my arms were on my hips. I spent $92. I asked to return for a full refund. They offered me a $5 refund.

Item is like cheap nylon and straight up polyester. I wasted good money on this. Then they nickel and dime you. The robe doesn’t come with a belt: you have to pay $20 for it amounting to like $70+. Plus tax and shipping. It’s so not worth it. Do not buy. Buyers beware.

The items took a long time for them to receive a tracking order with a delivery service. One of the dresses I ordered did not arrive and an entirely different dress was delivered. The size chart did not match the items I purchased and did not fit. I cannot tell you how many emails went back-and-forth after repeatedly telling them I want a refund. They offer discounts instead, a preferential difference purchase, and tried to tell me how expensive shipping would be in return. I am very dissatisfied with the overall quality of each item, the lack of respect in communication, and will never purchase again.

Poor Quality, Poor Communication, Misinformation
Quality of material in picture is not the same as quality of material in person. Takes a long time to get in contact with customer service. Although the website advertised refunds and returns, I was only offered an "exchange at a preferential price", meaning I can keep the item I am dissatisfied with and pay for another item at a discounted price. No thank you.

Dear customer,
We are sorry that our products cannot satisfy you. If you want to return the goods, I need to explain to you that you have to pay the freight and possible customs duties. We have a suggestion, in order to avoid you paying expensive transportation and customs duties, we hope you keep these clothes, we are willing to compensate you $5. What do you think? We look forward to your reply.

That is unfortunate and unexpected. The item shipped to me did not match the one purchased. Why would I pay for the shipping cost when I didn't receive the item I purchased? The item is unwearable and should be thrown in the trash. The quality of the material is itchy and worthless. How is this not a scam to get customers' money?
Disappointed
I ordered a dress, and when it arrived, it was much lower quality than what the photo made it seem like it was. Shipping also took an extremely long time. When you email the company to check on the status of an order or try to make an exchange or return, they do not reply in a timely manner whatsoever.
Caftanfun (and similar sites) are a SCAM
Caftanfun is a SCAM. Sadly I made a big order of 9 caftans, dresses, and a robe. Only one that had a different tag, was an accurate description and possibly real cotton/linen blend. ALL the others were a cheap, stiff fake curtain-like linen imitation. They are also not designed like the photos. They are giving me the runaround regarding a refund and offered me a $40 refund on a $400 purchase of false advertising. 8 out of 9 items are worthless to me. I'll try PayPal but I've heard others say they had no success with that either. The photos are gorgeous items, the reality is quite different! BEWARE of many other similar sites originating from China, but with professional marketing that appears to be American. Many are misrepresenting the fabrics and product you will get. It's also nearly impossible to return or get a refund.
Additionally, I recently discovered some of the exact same items I purchased from Caftanfun on TEMU for less than half the price, and they accurately listed the real fabric in the description: POLYESTER. If I do not get a refund soon, I will start posting this on all their ads, my Instagram, TikTok with 70,000 followers, and everywhere I can think of. I will post it WITH photos that show how terrible of a misrepresentation & scam this is. Okaswimwear is another one.. and many others. One more thing, the ad said "fast dispatch" but it took 8 weeks to receive plus another 2 weeks for the last piece.

You do not get the advertised item. I wouldn’t wear it for a bathrobe, in the depths of the jungle.
Please also beware, the email address and phone number via PAYPAL are a travel company in Munich. I called them, even that’s fraudulent, they don’t leave an address.
I will reiterate. DO NOT BUY FROM KAFTANFUN. PayPal won’t refund as they say, it’s not dissimilar. PayPal are just as bad lately.
I’ve emailed them at their website info, but they don’t reply in a timely manner - delaying tactics so that you give up. Very disappointed, the advertised items look beautiful.what you get is not relatable.

Don’t buy from them
Don’t buy from them, sent the wrong size (XL instead of M) and then refused to refund me more than $18 for a $50 kaftan / didn’t accept returns without expensive shipping! Also the material is thin and cheap feeling, there were no tags indicating the material used and shipping took forever.
Utterly horrible online shopping experience
Robe I bought was sub par quality and did not fit dispite following all siz measurments provided. After a month of back and forth customer service emails back and forth, I was provided with three options, pay a discounted price for another robe, $6 refund (for a ~$60 product and keep the low quality and not fitting robe, OR pay customs and shipping to return the product (refund for this was not presented). I’m sorry, I will not be paying more money for a product that dosen’t fit and I hate the look and feel of. And, they do not have reviews on their own website. Extremely dissatisfied and disaapointed.
