Do not deal with this company, they are based in South China, their returns policy is zero, if you've received an item which is an incorrect size, or not anything like they've advertised etc., they tell you to return the item/s for a refund, which would be at your expense. It would possibly cost more than the cost of your order, as you'd need to send it to South China. Please don't get sucked in by these rubbish companies, I did once, and only once. I now either order from reputable companys in the UK, or those that use PayPal as at least I know I can rely on them to get me a refund, which they have done so a few times.

Was sent different coloured item to that ordered, but I would have had to pay return costs even though my order was not honoured. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER

I have purchased shoes from this firm under the name VTKIX. That was more than a year ago. However, I purchased the same shoes on June 6, 2024 and asked for them to be shipped to my sister in Selma, Alabama. Not only has she not received them, I cannot get any Tracking Information or any other types of responses from these people. I read a few reviews - how and why does our government allow this kind of company to even do business in our country??

Austin Caibii looks like a legitimate company selling orthopedic shoes, but it turns out that they are a scam website based in China. They sent the wrong size shoes, later than expected, and communication has been frustratingly slow. After repeatedly explaining that I wanted to return the shoes and receive the correct size, they kept asking if I had received the package!

In the end they didn't offer to send me the correct size, but told me I could pay to return the shoes to China(!) or take a 20% discount and give the shoes away to friends/family and to 'have a nice day'!! I think they were stalling for time as they have a 30 day limit for refunds. They claim they give full refunds and have 'excellent customer service', but the absolute opposite is true! They are a disgraceful company! I have contacted my bank, who are proceeding with a fraud case against this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two pairs of shoes which turned out to be very inferior quality and not a stated. I have contacted them and heard nothing. Total waste of money. The adverts say it's the last day to order at the special price and that's been there for weeks. Also, it does state you can return but no luck there. If you don't want to waste any money, DON'T USE THESE!

I ordered a posture support from this company according to their published sizing chart. It is way too small, probably better for someone 2/3 my size and it smelled terribly of some chemical used in the manufacturing process. Requested a return, only to find that the return postage, to China, is to be paid by the customer. Their website list "free returns' with no mention of the postage requirement. Deliberately misleading in my opinion. Customer support was unhelpful. You would be wise to avoid this company.

I ordered 2 items which are to big. On trying to return them, I find they block you when you send Emails. This company is a scam and I can do nothing about it. I will not be buying on line again.

Same as most reviews. Took way to long to receive. The bras are way to small in the cup size. I am a D cup size and the bras might be an A. Wished I had read the reviews before ordering.

Sure wish I read these reviews before ordering bras. As stated below the cup size-B was way too small. Could fit a 12 year old. Have sent 4 emails and have had no response. All I wanted to do was exchange for larger cup size not return!!! Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau???

I ordered a Wind Fairy for my garden. What I received looked nothing like the ad picture. I was able to finally see the ad again on the website, but only after a lot of trying as their search does not respond, to confirm the difference. To contact us click on did not work , although this could be as it was past closing time. I cut and pasted email address and sent request to return. Based on what I read here I am not hopeful as to the eventual result. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

Follow up: To return I would have to send to China. I caved and took a 20% discount. They responded quickly , even if I didn't really like the outcome. I came across the original item on several sites. All of those sites only state that they will give you an address to send back. None state what country that is. Be careful.

I received an email saying it was delivered, but it turned out it was delivered to the airport to fly to the US> Took 2 weeks but as another one said the size chart was not right. It fit in the band but the cup was way too small, I would suggest ordering 2 sizes larger than the chart

I had ordered bra's from this company on Feb25th when I had not received my order with in the time frame they stated it would be here I emailed them several times and received no responce,and tracking my order was like traveling the globe my order was finally received on 3/14/23 and were not what I expected I ordered by their size chart and the ones I received were below par as well as way to small,I would not recommend this company to anyone as well as they don't answer their emails and they do not have a phone number to call,I wished I had seen the prior customer ratings and statements before I ordered.

I ordered in Jan, just received 3 days ago. Shoes were 1 1/2 sizes too big. There is no contact number or website contact and they do not answer their emaiil. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a coat on December 26th 2022 and still have heard nothing but of course it has been taken out of my credit card. I plan on contacting my credit card to check into this transaction since I have nothing but a bill.

My wife ordered bras from Caibii according to their size chart. She normally wears 36D bras. When the bras arrived over 3 weeks from order date one look and she said the cup size would be way to small. She was right, half of her breast was exposed and she said that it felt uncomfortable in the cup area. When I wanted to return them I found out that I had to ship them back to China even though it states on the web site shipped from the States. She would not recommend this product

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! The items they have on their website are not what you receive. If you attempt to get a refund, they will make you pay the shipping back to China or try to get you to buy more of their cheap crap at a minimal discount. They claim it is stated on their return policy, but it is not otherwise I would have never purchased from this website. They have deceptive practices and false advertisement.
DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
