Low quality set
Bought a set for €50. The set I received was of very poor quality - obviously not made with any care. Pieces were asymmetric, one of the cuts in the queen's bassinet was missing, poor quality felt, one of the knight's nose was cracked... I am very disappointed.

They sent me different product
They sent me different product.
The communication was really poor. No answer on e-mail. I needed to make 3 international calls to get some respond.
Than they sent me an apology, information that the ordered item is not available and offer to return money.
No money back, no reaction since that point (1 month).

Shop elsewhere
Bought couple of chess sets through Caissa but unfortunately the last one was defected. Couple poor quality pieces and the pieces were not weighted even if the description clearly stated so. Customer service either completely ignored my message or there is no customer service. Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth and I will buy my chess gear elsewhere from now on.

BE AWARE - SCAM SITE
I ordered a chess set 3 weeks ago. Nothing arrived till now, I haven't received any confirmation email, they just charged my card. I tried to send to Caissa Shop messages - no answer. Tried call - no answer. This seems like a proper scam.
