I regret having switched my internet plan from ziggo to Caiway. Worst customer service and I regret not having seen all the terrible reviews here earlier.
Sketchy internet with calls being disconnected constantly and hanging streaming on Netflix and Amazon prime.
Worst thing is when I called to complain they told me to restart the modem and when it kept happening they said they would send a technician to sort it out. It took them 4 working days to call back to fix an appointment and an appointment being made after 2 more working days. Overall I’ve had an issue with the internet for 2 weeks with no help.
When I called to complain about the terrible customer service the agent hung up on me!
They also tried to get me to switch my mobile provider and when I told them
I can’t get out of my existing contract, they still contacted my provider and instructed them to cancel and simply sent me a new SIM card!
Their staff are pushy and just want to make a sale and offer terrible after sales service as they have already sucked you into signing a contract with no way of canceling.
Also be wary of the installation process:
1. The Caiway app was not installed on my phone by the technician when he first came to install the connection and this app is needed to asses any problems
2. I tried installing the app over the phone with the help of customer service (it took around 30 mins and with no luck - this is not just downloading the app but a manual reset of the decos is needed)
3. When I tried the reset I lost all internet connection. Luckily it came back but it still sketchy and not suitable for video calls and streaming

Then i tried to call the customer care number and there also couldn't find an option to change language.

No help and no service
Sadly none of the services I paid for work properly for the 2,5 years I was a client. And now that I have requested a switch the last month they have gotten so much worse and I can’t even use the app I still pay way to much money for. Even in those past year when ever I called for help they thought I was a dumb woman and always had me turn off and turn on the router as if doing that 5 time will fix the problem. Just very sick of not having any costumer service what so ever. Even when I tried to make a complaint that is not physically possible on the website. They also do not have 24/7 service which is pretty bad for a company that provides products 24/7

Since the beginning it was terrible. After finally getting the line in after two years (€1900,-) I haven’t had a full week joy from great up en download speed. One year on the way and we have experienced many Connection failures, network failures. Terrible customer service. I still have my dsl backup otherwise I was screwed. Malfunction
Internet connection is off regularly, do not have tv now for 2 weeks and they keep saying I should wait 5 working days after a query is opened. Worse service I have ever experienced will not renew my contract. This is a regular thing struggling with services not working

If you go over the contracted limit they will charge you 0.12 cents per MB! so for a day and a half i have used 400MB and they have charged me 50Euros.

Unstable connection!
The internet falls away and comes back after 1-2 mins but then all my devices including wifi router and VPN have to reconnect which means you have no internet for almost 5 mins and it becomes even worse if this happens in the middle of an important call or meeting.

unbelievably disappointing
We've been clients for years. Now that I moved the installation package hasn't been received on time and I'm left here clueless without internet. They can't do anything for me except to tell me to wait. It was supposed to start on the 22nd. Still no package and the experts that should've come and install it are only available on the 9th of March. And it was supposed to start on the 22nd February. The chat is ignoring me as well.

I never had so many issues with…
I never had so many issues with internet… I contacted them 4 times in few months because internet is not working properly and now it stopped again to function. Absurd considering the amount of money this service costs!
Not a single plus
The internet is crap.. The service when you call is CRAP. They say one moment please hang on the phone I'll be right back, then they let you wait for 20+ minutes and ending up disconnecing in the knowledge that they work from home and that it's untraceable which employee it was on the phone.. 0,0.
I advice everybody to not use caiway. Freeloaders. I'm going to another provider immediately, not worth of my time.. And now Caiway claimed they called me after I spend my month's call money but that is not true because they don't even have the number with this review 😂 and the internet is still worthless running on that old modem that should be replaced but never have received. So now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because you can't call them without their employees hanging up the phone in the end while you're waiting for them to solve the problem. Only solution is to change to another provider. Caiway is simply not worth your money the reviews speak for themselves.

Worst glass fiber internet
Worst glass fiber internet. Have complained multiple times that I am getting terrible speeds even though I have the highest speed plan 500 mbps. With wired connection less than 150 mbps and with their most terrible WiFi modem sometimes getting less than 10 mbps. The technical team asked me to buy wifi extenders, what is the use when you are not getting the right speeds with wired network. Had enough patience, switching to KPN, bye bye Caiway.

We don't want Caiway because the TV package is terrible. No CNN, No CNBC, No Bloomberg and many, many other stations that are not the in the package. With our satellite dish we receive far more stations and much cheaper. As they do not stop sending spam and ignore our request to remove us from their database we now file an official complaint at the ACM. Hope they get a substantial fine.

I took one of the Caiway specials which included a JBL speaker and ESPN. I have not received the speaker or a hook up to ESPN. It is impossible to reach anyone about this problem.

Total drop out of connection, servicedesk unreachable

Helpdesk difficult to reach. In the evening no response on the phone, nor on the chat. Afetr one hour the servicedesk closed as end of day (2100hr) . The next morning tried three time on the phone to connect with them. Each time after 15 min the connection was closed without having had any contact at all
Half an further waiting and there was contact

wired telephone…debacle
I ordered internet + a wired telephone line month ago. Two month after installation the glasfiber-router ,customer service finally said, that fix telephone is ONLY possible in combination with television. That is UNWILLING, and a lack of any customer care. They accepted my form - (internet+ fix-telephone) and months later after promises that my telepnone request will be re-initiated, still no hope op a working telephone signal . Don't understand why someone who NEVER look television has to order Television service as well, in order to use fix telephone.
