Hector, your employee who completed the installation, was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. He did a very clean and precise job on the installation.

Our technician came out to the house and made sure we had everything we needed. Also suggested some things that helped us and spent a great amount of time making sure everything worked correctly.

Bill Wood , the installer, and Yvette have all been outstanding. They do what they say they will do, and followup has been excellent. Bill was extremely patient and knowledgeable explaining the system and its options. A terrific team. I would recommend to others.

Micah Robertson and Maria Alaniz took care my home security project. It was executed professionally and completed on time. I also have to mention that my home required complex setup and lot of space to cover. I am very happy with the outcome.

Best customer service I've sen in a long time!

Ryan is such a great guy and was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything, several times when I asked. Larry was very thorough installing my system and cleaned up when he finished. I'm really liking the system-especially the phone app for when I go out and forget to set the alarm.

quick and excellent service

Kyle Madison did an excellent job in explaining the features and reassuring my folks that they could handle operating the ADT pulse system. I actually sleep better now knowing if someone were to intrude, then I'd be immediately alerted with a piercing audible noise, instead of getting half sleep and waiting for footsteps. Kyle was very knowledgeable and explained the best set up as he walked through the entire house. Also, all the scenarios he gave from burglar's recent methods and remote use of system via smartphone was very insightful. I also appreciate the fact that Kyle is accessible and delivers prompt call backs when needed.

Larry (installer) did a professional and clean job with the installation. His past experience of why he installed alarms on his own home was helpful and sensible for peace of mind.

It is rare that you come across such amazing customer service. Fish was our sales rep and he was a pleasure to work with. No pushing trying to sell me more than I needed and he was so patient with me, answering all of my follow up questions. The installer, Carl, could not have been more helpful and responsive, he even cleaned up a huge mess of wiring when he uninstalled the old alarm, something that he really didn't have to do in order to get the new alarm working. Honestly, we just moved and I've had tonnes of service people to the house and Fish and Carl are simply the best.

After a recent break-in, we were searching for an alarm system company. We were considering going with a different company that advertised not just security but smart temperature control and other home automation, but since our first concern was security, we called California Security Pros after reading excellent reviews on Yelp.

When I found out that they could setup our entire house at the basic price because we had pre-wiring, and that they also offer all the gizmos of the other company, the choice was clear.

We are very happy we went with California security pro's and feel we made the right decision.

I finally got tired of the growing number of Gray Hairs on my head. I worry about my Lady, our Home and all our worldly possessions! I mean, I've got an Alarm where I work, on my Vehicle and where I store my Stuff. So why do I NOT have one on my Home? My lady and I went to the County Fair where we always buy the products that are found with a great price. Cookware, Fancy Blender, Cool Electronics, a new Wallet and then here is this guy sitting at a simple table, with a few props, for a company that installs Home Security Systems. We both remembered the Mac Book Pro that was taken right out of our home, just before we arrived, about a year ago. We looked at each other and new this was going to happen. I dreaded the idea, all those holes, cables, patching the walls, BOY was I wrong. Less than a week later the installer arrives, right on time and puts me completely at ease. An hour later he is all done and the system is flawless. But that isn't the remarkable part, we are right in the middle of a MAJOR remodel, the WHOLE house looks like a bomb hit it. He just went with the flow, did his job and 'Bob's your Uncle', We have a Security System of which to be proud. WAY TO GO, California Security Pro!!

Everyone involved in the process was excellent! Larry did not sell us what we thought we wanted, but what we needed. Jesse was installing at our home for hours making sure everything was perfect. He went through scenerios of what could happen if we went one way or another. Overall my husband and I are extremely pleased.

I had called a number of security companies for a quote on security services, and CA Security Pro was the the most responsive and professional. When I had questions, they would respond quickly, whereas the other companies didn't respond for...days. I also appreciate how considerate the installer was in running the cables so they were hidden, and for working silently when we had a conference call for an hour. Overall, very much recommended.

From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.
