I ordered 2 jumpers and 2 joggers with the order coming to almost £200. The order took a month to arrive and were absolutely awful quality, especially for the price. I returned them a month ago and after many messages I have still not received the refund. Absolutely furious, please do not buy from them.

I had seen an ad on Instagram with a hoodie that I really liked. I ordered the hoodie and got a confirmation of my order in mail. A week later, I got an email that my order was shipped but meanwhile, we are another week on and on still no hoodie received or no tracking code. Yesterday I saw that 2 payment totalling €70 (£58.5)have gone out of my account which I have nothing to do with. NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE THEY HACK YOUR BANK DETAILS!!! I sent an email and got this in reply: Apologies for the delay we will chase this up and see what the delay is.

never received such an unprofessional email from a company! Highly likely I am not going to get any more update on my order and am never going to see the hoodie.

ordered the saint joggers in early august. never got them and they never responded to my email saying i never got them. 50 bucks down the drain and im pretty sure all their good reviews are bots. i looked at their return and shipping policies and they are oddly conveniently made to not have to give you your money back

waited 2 months, I had to threaten that I want my money back for them to even ship my order

Quality of t-shirts is horrible, might be the worst I've ever experienced and I shop a lot.

Delivery was also seriously late. Strongly DO NOT recommend this brand.

Also, I'm looking at some of their 5 star reviews and they all look AI-generated/ extremely suspicious. I'm going to report this brand in another way

Quality of clothes were so bad, then customer services are so slow at any returns or response. I have now been waiting 2 months for a refund and have been chasing them every other day with no response. An unacceptable brand.

Absolutely awful, DO NOT USE!

Returned a pair of trousers in February and still don't have a refund. You get sent round the houses and then eventually you wont hear anything at all! Mid June and still waiting for a refund on a £75 pair of trousers!!

Worse customercar (service) ever. They will delay your order over and over again without clear explanation. The quality of the products is not even worth it to wait for a month. Trust me.

Scam. Ordered the white track jacket 4 weeks ago, haven’t heard anything back since. Do not use.

Total scam. Never recieved the 140€ hoodie i ordered. They stopped answering my mail. Total scam

Incorrect returns information that does not comply with Consumer Contracts Regulations. Especially where the website states no refunds on sale items which is false as customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. Sale items do not affect this.

Messed up both orders, orders got lost, promised extras for the delay and recieved nothing, took over a month to receive orders, customer service won't even reply now.

I sent an item back on 29th December for an exchange. I know they received the item as they confirmed that on an email. Have messaged several times regarding delivery of the replacement item but still waiting for a reply or the new item

Ordered 2 pieces and send them back for return. Never heard anything from them. They are not responding to my 4-5th time.

I purchased an item online, however, I received a wrong item (not what I purchased online) I requested a return and it's been 10 days now and my request is still under review!

Poor customer service, and even the wrong item I received is very low quality and it looks way different than the photos on Calistudio website.

Ordered the black iron jeans. Perfect fit & great sizing. Also ordered on the Friday & arrived on Saturday! Great service
